TIPS:

Curry powder should not be added too much, otherwise it will be bitter.

Take 1 spoonful of filling and put it into the dumpling skin,

Place the wrapped dumplings in separate pans and pour in 1 bowl of water.
Remember to put water first and then put oil!
Then close the lid and simmer over medium heat.
Simmer for about 8 minutes.
