——Final safety inspection of the canteen of Changxing Road Experimental Primary School in Huiji District
In order to eliminate potential safety hazards on campus and ensure the normal work of the canteen in the new semester, on January 26, the logistics department of Changxing Road Experimental Primary School in Huiji District, Zhengzhou City, under the leadership of Vice Principal Wang Guifang, conducted an inspection of potential safety hazards in the school canteen before the winter vacation.
The inspection team carried out a comprehensive and meticulous inspection of the canteen's water and electricity, sanitation, fire safety, etc., and required that the water, electricity, and main gates be closed when they are opened, the doors and windows should be locked, the rat guards should all be in place, the drainage troughs and grates should be cleaned and free of foreign objects and impurities, the freezers should be emptied and the electricity should be cut off, the warehouses should be free of perishable and spoiled ingredients, there should be no three-no products, and the protection of stored ingredients should be in place; and all items and utensils should be positioned and stored.
Rectification opinions were put forward for the problems found in the inspection, and the canteen was required to strengthen health supervision to ensure the safe operation of the canteen and provide high-quality catering services for teachers and students.
