Recently, a research team from the Chinese Academy of Sciences and Wenzhou Medical University jointly conducted a study that tried to systematically explore the biological markers of Chinese women's aging across 5 dimensions, and established a multi-level composite clock for Chinese women, which can be used to evaluate the dynamic changes of Chinese women's aging.

A total of 113 healthy Chinese female volunteers, aged 20~66 years old, were recruited.

Among them, the changes of aging around the age of 30 are mainly manifested in the accumulation of lipids and the decrease of steroids at the metabolic level, and the changes of aging around the age of 50 are mainly manifested in the drastic changes at multiple levels such as organs, cells and molecules, including the sharp rise or fall of a variety of highly related indicators of aging.

So, from this study, women at the age of 30 and 50 can be two important turning points towards aging.
