AeroDiode's CC-M is a laser diode driver that can control external single-stage or multi-stage laser diodes up to 36V.
It has built-in TEC and air cooling, a continuous wave output power of 150W, and an electro-optical energy conversion efficiency of more than 80%.

The driver generates precise pulses from either an internal on-board pulse generator or an external on-demand analog modulation signal. It has a maximum modulation frequency of 100 kHz and supports the connection of multiple laser diodes in series or on a single module.

It is powered by a 24V DC power supply and can be intelligently controlled via UART or USB interface. It has a package size of 238x146 x142.5 mm and is suitable for OEM integration.
