The 2024 Spring Festival will run from January 26 to March 5, 15 days before the festival and 25 days after the festival, a total of 40 days, and the cross-regional flow of people in the whole society will hit a record high. The passenger flow of visiting relatives, migrant workers, students, and tourists in the Wuhan Railway Pipe is superimposed, and the passenger flow presents the characteristics of overall high-level operation and relatively stable before the festival and relatively concentrated after the holiday. According to the pre-sale and standby data of railway 12306 passenger tickets, Wuhan Railway focuses on the departure of EMU trains in the direction of Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou-Shenzhen and Hanshi and Hanyi in the tube, and plans to arrange 406.5 pairs of starting passenger cars before the holiday and 430 pairs of starting passenger cars after the holiday, an increase of 12.3% and 13.5% respectively compared with the Spring Festival transportation in 2019. As the Spring Festival approaches, the flavor of the New Year is getting stronger and stronger, and the stations in the Wuhan Railway Tube have hung lanterns and posted window flowers, and dragon elements can be seen everywhere, filled with a lively and festive Spring Festival atmosphere.
