On January 24, the third session of the 17th People's Congress of Keyouzhong Banner held a preparatory meeting in the auditorium of the Horqin Propaganda and Cultural Center. Qing Geletu, chairman of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress, presided over the meeting. Zhao Lianxi, Haas, Zhang Jinshuang, and Li Hongyu, vice chairmen of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress, were seated on the rostrum. There should be 198 deputies at the meeting, but 172 deputies actually came, which met the quorum.
The preparatory meeting adopted the list of the presidium and secretary general of the third session of the 17th People's Congress, the agenda of the congress, the list of members of the committee for examining bills of the congress, and the list of members of the committee for examining the plan and budget of the congress by a show of hands.
Subsequently, the third meeting of the presidium of the 17th People's Congress of the Right Central Banner was held. The executive chairman of the presidium of the conference shall be elected by a show of hands, and the list of executive chairmen of the conference, the candidates for the deputy secretary-general of the conference, the agenda of the meeting, the deadline for deputies to submit motions, the method for voting on bills at the conference, the method for electing the congress, and the method for voting on practical items of people's livelihood of the congress shall be adopted.
