It's time for the annual wrap-up again!
Writing a year-end summary is not only a summary and reflection of your work in the past year, but also a satisfactory answer to the company. The year-end summary is well written, and there is no need to worry about promotion and salary increase.
How to write a comprehensive and detailed year-end summary of promotion? The following gives you an idea, and you can refer to it if you don't know how to write.
1. Write the "chapter" of the year-end report
Writing year-end reports, most of them are in the form of word or ppt, some people use mind maps to report work, and some people like to use H5 or excel to report work. There are various forms, in fact, they can be, here is just a text year-end summary as an example.
Writing a year-end report is like writing an article, and this chapter is: outline - enrich the content - and finally summarize. The following is an example of a promoter's writing outline for reference:
The general year-end summary is nothing more than these, and we can fill in them according to these. How to fill in the content, the following is a specific explanation.
2. Annual channel analysis
1. Channel summary
List all the channels you've opened this year and make a summary of each channel. For example, we have opened more than 20 channels, some of which have been promoted for a whole year, and some have only been promoted for half a year. These channels need to be explained when making a report.
How many channels you have, write down these overviews. For example, how many months to open an account, how much rebate is there, how many months to stop the account, whether the account is rejected in the promotion, the account cannot be logged in, and other channel issues.
2. Channel effect analysis
Give a general idea of the channels you've pushed this year. You don't need to be very specific, because you need to list the data for later data analysis. Here, you just need to state the general situation. For example, you can write, Baidu Dashou's main investment keywords from January to June, what is the average cost, 7-12 months main investment ocpc, what is the average cost range, after adjustment, account changes, etc.
In the same way, how many channels you have, just write some general information. It's not content for content's sake, it's familiarity and summary of each channel.
3. Annual data analysis
This chapter should be the focus of the report. The data for the whole year covers a wide range, and there are a few more important data.
1. Channel data
Each company has its own reporting system, and generally the most conventional daily, weekly, and monthly reports are to be done (some companies do not have weekly schedules, but have ten-month schedules).
These reports also make statistics on the daily performance of these channels, so you need to make a summary report at the end of the year.
The indicators of the report include: annual consumption, annual lead volume, annual average cost, and ranking consumption by month. These indicators help you and your superiors understand the overall annual consumption and monthly consumption of the channel.
Example:
This data report contains metrics including consumption, lead volume, and cost, which you can display in the form of a bar chart (such as the simple chart below), and then use the ranking function rank to check the data ranking for the month.
For example, in the figure, the ranking on the far right is the ranking of cost values, and finally it can be reported in the report as follows: Costs from high to low are January> March> October> September> May> August> April> July> June> November> December> February. That is, the cost is high in January, March and October, and the cost is low in June, November and December.
2. Monthly data
The main items of monthly data: monthly consumption, monthly lead volume, and monthly average cost, which are the core data.
As long as you fill in the daily table, the weekly table and the monthly table can be generated with formulas, and only a simple excel function is required.
For the analysis of monthly table data, you can use bar charts or line charts to analyze the consumption, lead volume, and average cost of each month, so that you can know the increase or decrease of each month. Same as the channel data table above.
After drawing a chart with a bar chart or line chart, you can also use the ranking function rank to rank the data for 12 months, so that the monthly difference of the effect is clear at a glance.
For example, the number of leads: March> May> April>...... > January, which means that March and May have the most leads, and January has the least.
Some companies report more granularly, may have multiple product lines, or promote multiple geographies. At this time, you can also make a monthly data chart and ranking for product lines or regions.
3. Clue data
Make a graph of the monthly conversation rate, lead volume, conversion rate, etc. In this way, you can see your lead volume and conversion rate throughout the year, so that it is convenient to do some analysis of expansion and conversion rate.
Same as above, after the chart is made, you can make a ranking of the data for 12 months. Use the rank function.
4. Average cost data
Chart the average cost over a 12-month period. Or make a multi-service average cost statistics for different services (such as medical care, which can be based on the type of disease). If you have this multi-product line report, you can do so. If you don't have this report, you can write the average cost data of the single transaction.
5. Back-end transaction data and customer service data
After writing these routine data analysis, you can also supplement the back-end transaction data or customer service data, such as medical appointment data, visit data, education industry door-to-door, deposit, registration data, and so on. Each company can obtain different transaction data permissions for bidding, so this can be added or not.
In addition, the company has a special wiring customer service conversion table, and you can also make a monthly table of customer service conversion data, so that you can evaluate the work of customer service and the power set throughout the year, and provide reference for the new year.
Data reporting is an important part of the story, and it takes time. Because the data for the whole year is collated and analyzed, it is necessary to explain the increase and decrease of the data. The maximum data, minimum data, and ranking data can be done using the functions max, min, and rank. For other sums, counts, and matches, you can use sum, count, and vlookup.
4. Overview of the whole year and planning for next year
1. Annual review
Mainly write about your own work experience, problems encountered and your own ideas. After reporting the channel situation and data for a year, you can write a summary, or write about your own feelings in the work this year, the problems encountered, your own plan, etc.
After the report, we usually have to write some plans for the next year.
2. Channel planning
After summarizing and analyzing the channels you have promoted this year, make a plan for the new year's channels.
For example, Baidu Dasouan needs to open several accounts, for example, try to search for new channels headlines, for example, expand 1 or 2 small channels, and shift from keywords to OCPC. You can write these plans according to your actual situation, and they must be implemented, which means that you can use them to implement them next year.
3. Design of lead volume and cost
According to the company's sales scale, the preliminary design of next year's lead volume and cost.
For example, 30 sales, 4 leads per person per day, then a month is 30 * 4 * 30 = 3600. These leads are then distributed. Assuming that the number of search leads is 1:3 to the number of information flow clues, you can separate the search budget from the information flow budget and then allocate the channel.
This method of deriving the final budget based on the sales scale is relatively reasonable and suitable for early reference.
4. Optimize the scheme
In addition to the planning of the channel, some optimization plans can also be developed. For example, which one has the highest cost and what is your plan for the coming year. For example, which channel has a low volume, and what are the alternatives for the coming year. It is possible to make a design.
The detailed plan can be formulated according to your own experience, and you can make your own adjustment ideas for next year's budget, account strategy, new method (product) attempt, page production, assessment design, etc.
5. Outlook for the coming year
Generally at this point, a more comprehensive year-end summary can be completed. Finally, make a vision for the coming year for these reports, the results you want to achieve, your ideal goals, etc.
And add some words of blessing to the company and the leader, which can also make your work report more full of feelings.
5. Tips
1. Practical tools for writing work summaries
If you are doing PPT form, there are many PPT templates on the Internet, so I won't say much about this here. If you need to make pictures in your PPT, you can use the "Maker Post" tool, which has a lot of picture templates, and you only need to modify the layer copy or pictures yourself, which is free and convenient, and very easy to use.
If you do H5 form or Excel form (generally rare), Xiumi, Yiqixiu and office software can all achieve it.
If you want to do it in document form, here are a few recommended tools for you. In addition to Excel, you can also use the "Chart Show", you can search for it, this is a very powerful online tabulation tool, there are paid and free, if you don't have high requirements, free templates will meet your needs.
In addition, I suggest that in the work report, you can use less text, more charts and maps, and mind maps can be used more, such as xmind8 and Baidu brain maps. Charts and graphs need to be practical and beautiful, and they can't be just beautiful without being practical.
2. More charts and less text
There is a lot of text in this article, because it is teaching you how to write, and the year-end summary I made is not too much, mainly charts + mind maps. The text is mostly transitional.
3. Speak with more data
Don't make too many subjective judgments, it's best to list the main points, don't have too many long paragraphs, write point by point, and the leader will be much easier to read.
The above are some personal ideas for writing a year-end summary for reference.
Writing a year-end summary is not a difficult task, but it is not easy to do it well. It should be both comprehensive and detailed, and I hope the above content can give some inspiration to students who are struggling. Take a little more time and use more tools to do it, and you'll end up with a great result.
