In accordance with the work requirements of the county party committee and the county government, the Liping County Comprehensive Administrative Law Enforcement Bureau arranged the deployment at the first time, compacted responsibilities, strengthened scheduling, increased publicity, and made every effort to deal with low-temperature, rain, snow and freezing weather, so as to ensure the safety of people's lives and property and the normal comprehensive order of the road.
On January 22, the bureau rearranged and redeployed the anti-freezing and safety work, set up a leading group for anti-freezing work headed by the main leaders of the bureau and the leaders in charge of the deputy team leader, and launched the "Liping County Comprehensive Administrative Law Enforcement Bureau to deal with low temperature rain and snow freezing work plan", in accordance with the principle of territoriality, divided into three squadrons in the south of the city, north of the city and the night market, and made every effort to do a good job in each responsibility area to "resist freezing, ensure smooth flow and promote harmony" work, set up a 56-person all-weather anti-freezing emergency rescue team, comprehensively inspect the easy to freeze ice sections in the jurisdiction, and make every effort to do a good job in emergency response and anti-coagulation rescue work.
Use the bureau's emergency command and dispatch platform to deal with freezing emergencies in a timely manner to ensure that the team can be pulled out and used at any time. Strengthen 24-hour emergency duty and actively reserve emergency supplies. Organize personnel to shovel snow and sprinkle industrial salt on roads prone to freezing in the city, traffic arteries, sidewalks, and garbage transfer stations to ensure the safety of the masses. Convenient drinking water points have been set up in Pingjie and Nanquanshan Square in the urban area to provide free hot water to the citizens and bring warmth in winter to the citizens. A total of more than 200 municipal and sanitation workers were dispatched to participate in the anti-freezing and smooth work.
Organize personnel to go deep into Nanquan Square, Shama Park, farmers' markets, sidewalks and other crowded places to conduct inspections and publicity, distribute travel safety information in rainy and snowy weather, set up work reminder signs, and guide the masses to travel reasonably and safely in rainy and snowy weather.
