On January 9, the Bao'an Public Culture and Art Center project held a topping out ceremony for the main structure (tower), marking that the project construction has entered a new stage and the construction of cultural landmarks along the western coastline of Shenzhen has been "accelerated".

The Bao'an Public Culture and Art Center project is located at the intersection of Chuangye 1st Road and Xinhu Road, Xin'an Street, Bao'an District, with a planned land area of 14,000 square meters and a total construction area of 92,000 square meters, including 56,000 square meters of above-ground buildings and 36,000 square meters of underground buildings. The building is 99.9 meters high.

According to reports, during the construction process, the project adheres to the refined management of the whole process, and realizes the acceleration of quality improvement through fully intelligent scientific and technological innovation. Since entering the site, the project team has overcome many difficulties such as complex site environment, difficult process flow, difficulty in epidemic prevention and control, and strong typhoon landing, and established a management system composed of three branches: decision-making, guarantee, and supervision. From deepening design, procurement, production and processing, construction and assembly to process supervision and monitoring, the whole industry chain has been integrated, effectively improving quality, safety and quality, and has won more than 20 honors such as "ISA International Safety Award", "Guangdong Double Excellent Construction Site" and "Shenzhen State-owned Assets System Youth Civilization".
It is reported that after the completion of the Bao'an Public Culture and Art Center project, it will be a large-scale public cultural building with "three museums in one" (museum, art gallery and art gallery), which will become another strong support for Bao'an and Qianhai to jointly build a new international city center, greatly enhance the urban connotation and better meet the growing cultural needs of the people.
