Highlight key road sections and strengthen source management. For the entrances and exits of toll stations and service areas, interchanges, connecting sections at both ends of bridges, and sections with serious water damage, preventive measures shall be taken in advance to dredge drainage facilities such as rapid flow troughs, drainage holes, and drainage ditches in a timely manner. The combination of "civil air defense + technical defense" is used to implement precise policies, and measures such as soil replacement and backfill tamping, adding rapid flow grooves, and repairing retaining water barriers are used to strengthen slope protection and governance.

In this special action, 37 water-damaged road sections were repaired, 521.41 cubic meters of backfill soil were tamped, 9 rapids were added, and 318 meters of water retaining belts were repaired, which effectively improved the pavement drainage structure, ensured the stability and firmness of the roadbed, verified the emergency response ability of the maintenance unit, and comprehensively improved the comprehensive prevention ability of natural disasters.
