"Now this alley is well maintained, and it is comfortable to look at!" Mr. Guo, a resident of Hongmeihuayuan Community, remembered the parking chaos in the past, and couldn't help but sigh.
Mr. Guo has lived in Hongmei Blossom Garden for 20 years, and the "alley" in his mouth is a public passage with a total length of more than 700 meters located in Lane 2222 of Hongqiao Road to Lane 3887 of Hongmei Road. There are 5 communities, 5 educational institutions and 2 enterprises and institutions along the corridor. There are only 100 parking spaces within the red line, and there are more than 1,200 households in the surrounding area, and the imbalance between supply and demand has led to the problem of many cars becoming increasingly prominent.
In Mr. Guo's memory, this "nameless" alley used to be a free parking lot, with outdated facilities and often piled up with garbage. He witnessed the change of this "nameless" alley at the door of his house from chaos to order.
"There are many users of different natures along this passage, but because it is neither a municipal road, nor a community road, nor does it fall under the management of the traffic police, over time, it has become a 'nameless' lane that no one manages. Mr. Guo told reporters that at the most "spectacular" time, the alleys about 3 meters wide were full of cars on both sides, many of which were half on the sidewalk and half under the sidewalk; some found a gap to "squeeze" into the front of the car, but half of the car body was oblique in the middle of the road, and the passage was often blocked. Many residents often have friction in order to compete for parking spaces.
The problem of indiscriminate parking and parking difficulties has become a "heart disease" that plagues the surrounding residents, and it has also become a major problem in community governance. How to solve the "urgency, distress and hope" of residents?
After centralized adjustment, Wanhong Group, a state-owned enterprise affiliated to the district, actively assumed the social responsibility of serving residents and serving the community, and listed the parking chaos problem in the "nameless" alley as the theme education "one branch and one practical thing" to promote the implementation.
During this period, the relevant person in charge of Wanhong Group went deep into the community many times to learn about the situation from the relevant properties and local neighborhood committees. Collect relevant data and information to analyze the situation of overflowing vehicles, including traffic flow, number of parking spaces, parking time, etc., so as to better formulate optimization plans.
At the same time, Wanhong Group and Chengjiaqiao Street held a special communication and consultation meeting on matters related to the management of public passage parking, and clarified the construction of a multi-subject participation of the joint consultation, autonomy and co-governance model. The "Alley Heart Council", an autonomous coordination organization jointly participated by the neighborhood committee, the community business committee, the property company, various units and schools, came into being, and we focused on the hot spots, difficulties and focus issues such as the selection of the main body of channel parking management, civilized and standardized and orderly parking, the replacement of safety facilities, the maintenance and the adjustment of charging standards, and discussed affairs, solved problems, and co-governed linkage, and jointly explored a new path of grassroots governance.
In order to further alleviate the parking problem, Wanhong Group has also revised and improved the management system and parking space leasing agreement, re-planned and divided parking spaces, redesigned parking permits and distinguished vehicles of different nature by color, planned to implement a staggered parking mechanism based on the principle of giving priority to the owner, added three booths on the channel, and adjusted the security guards to professional security company personnel, so as to provide more professional and thoughtful services for residents and units along the line.
As a result, the parking chaos in the "nameless" lane has been improved, the road congestion problem has been alleviated, and the vehicles have been parked in and out in an orderly manner.
Recently, Wanhong Group has also replaced and strengthened the foundation of the ground pile reflective strips, speed bumps, some street lamp poles, and monitoring poles on the sidewalks in the channel. There are also 10 additional patrol points in the passage to ensure the safety of pedestrians and vehicles at night. In addition, the party organization of Wanhong Group also carried out community party building joint construction activities with the Nangong Neighborhood Committee, and carried out volunteer service activities of "cleaning the leaves of the passage", so as to improve the environment in the passage.
Nowadays, the road surface of this "nameless" lane is clean and tidy, the parking spaces on the ground are clearly delineated, the vehicles are parked on the side of the road in a uniform manner, and the security guards check the parking situation of the passage in time and guide the vehicles to stop. On the other sidewalk, an isolation crosspost is fixed to prevent vehicles from stopping at will after driving up...... "The street lights in the passage are brighter, the ground pile stickers are more obvious, the residents are safer to walk, and the door is really refreshing!" The "civilized, safe, standardized and orderly" parking environment of the public passage has made residents full of praise.
In the next step, Wanhong Group will focus on parking vehicles inside and outside the community, introduce a self-service identification system, intelligently manage parking spaces, start from the subtleties, make more reasonable use of parking spaces, and continuously improve residents' sense of gain, security and happiness.
