It is a great honor to be one of the top ten young commentators of the "Green Pepper Project" of Red Network in 2023, and I would like to share with you my learning and Xi on the road of review writing.
In fact, my road to comment writing has only really begun, and I have become associated with the comment writing and red Internet celebrity chili comment platform because of Mr. Fan Shuike, as the teacher of our "News Review" course last semester, Mr. Fan has always supported us in the way of encouragement and praise, so that we have the courage to contribute to the media platform, especially the red network. In the first class, Mr. Fan said to us: "In order to find a media platform that allows you to give full play to and comment on actual combat, I have brought your seniors to contribute to a number of media, and Red Network is one of the most suitable and friendly platforms I have found. ”
At first, I didn't know what I wanted, but in the following semester, news review writing and red red pepper reviews really brought me a lot of surprises and growth.
Unlike most people's "everything is difficult at the beginning", my "debut" that I submitted to "Red Hot Chili Pepper Review" was written in one go in a state of feeling. At that time, I saw the entertainment topic of Weibo's hot search "Is there something dirty in my workplace", I thought it was very interesting, the hot search was the young people's bad text attitude, but thinking of the reality that young people are still striving towards their dreams under the coercion of "involution", I speculated that the bad language and words are just a way for young people to relax and laugh at themselves, and my first news commentary "Is it uncomfortable to go to work? Young people are rotten intermittently, it doesn't mean that they admit defeat" was born. Later, this article was surprisingly reprinted by Young People magazine, and I received my first review fee. Some of the comments were unexpectedly picked up by other media outlets, and these surprises brought me a lot of fun on my way to journalism.
During this period of review writing, I Xi three main objects, one is the classic review cases shared by the teacher in the classroom, the second is the articles published in the major review media every day, and the third is the comment works of other college students in the "Green Pepper Project" on the red network.
In the process of appreciating and Xi learning from the classic comments of my predecessors, the classic commentaries of Mr. Guo Guangdong and Mr. Cao Lin had a profound impact on me. Subtly, I always focus on some controversial and socially significant news facts, and try to use enlightening thinking logic to evaluate innovatively and dialectically with sharp language, rather than standing on the side of public opinion. Whether we are writing news commentaries or reading news commentaries, what do we want from news commentaries? I think it is voices, different voices, strength, and the power to enlighten the deaf. However, at the beginning, some of my critical works would fall into the misunderstanding that "the degree of use of words means the sharpness of the language", and the problem of "over-forced" language appeared. When I realized my problem, I began to seek to use pertinent and powerful language to tell my opinion about a news fact.
Although my initial path of review writing was quite smooth, I would also fall into the circle of self-doubt of "why others can write so brilliantly" and "why other people's rhetoric is so gorgeous" when I read the excellent review works of other college students on the "Green Pepper Project" submission platform on the red website every day. When I deliberately tried to pile up flowery rhetoric in my works, I realized that not all criticism works are suitable for flowery language, and not all language styles are suitable for me, and the forced patchwork of thinking and language will only become a shackle handcuffed to my pen when writing criticism.
In the early days of submission, because I was always inspired by the orange word "adopted" in the background of the submission, and it also coincided with the frequent occurrence of news that I felt and knew that news comments were time-sensitive, I basically maintained the frequency of writing one review a day, and most of these comments were fortunate to be adopted, and I naively felt that review writing was not a difficult task. However, the later I went on my review writing journey, the more difficult I felt, sometimes I couldn't write a review for a week, and sometimes I didn't even write four or five reviews that were accepted for publication, and then I realized: "Oh, no one can avoid the difficulties of writing." "I began to reflect on myself again: in the later stage of writing, I gradually lost the original intention of commenting, and began to write a little because I needed to complete the task of writing.
After going through a period of review writing, looking back at the immature reviews I wrote before, I now feel that learning how to write news reviews is like learning how to sort out yourself. Looking back on the problems I encountered in the previous writing process, aren't they all reflections of my heart at that time? At first, I used words "too hard" because I was in a hurry, and then I was shackled by comments because I doubted myself, and then I fell into a writing bottleneck because I lost my original intention. Writing is like being a person, and writing is like reasoning. For commentators, the process of creating news comments is a process of slowly sorting out their hearts and thoughts, and if they understand themselves, they will also write the comments clearly. At the same time, it is also an experience of the reviewer's logical ability to write, and only by convincing oneself can it be possible to convince the reader.
As for what kind of comment is a good review, in my shallow thoughts, perhaps, when we return to the essence of news review writing, and tell the most real touch of news facts in the most comfortable way for ourselves, it is best that it can have some truth and inspiration, and it is best that people can continue to pass on this touch after reading it, then this is the best review.
