Recently, the Guangzhou Municipal Bureau of Market Supervision issued an announcement to supervise and sample 10 major categories of food produced and operated in the city, and a total of 18 batches of unqualified samples were detected.
According to the announcement, the 10 major categories of food sampled this time include edible oil, oil and fat and their products, meat products, dairy products, biscuits, alcohol, fried food and nut products, pastries, infant formula foods, catering foods, edible agricultural products, a total of 1001 batches. According to the inspection and judgment of national food safety standards, 983 batches of qualified samples and 18 batches of unqualified samples were sampled, with a pass rate of 98.2%.
Among them, the two samples sampled by the sampling unit is Guangzhou Lianxianglou Co., Ltd. Zhongshan Six Cake House, and the total number of colonies detected exceeds the standard. A relevant person from Guangzhou Lianxianglou Food Co., Ltd. said in an interview with Nandu reporter that the company attaches great importance to this matter and is applying for reconsideration, hoping to understand the specific details. In addition, soybean oil, which is trademarked as Fu Zhangmen, was also found to have an excessive peroxide value.

The total number of bacteria in the 4 samples exceeded the standard
These include two pastries from Lian Xiang Lou
Among the unqualified samples, 4 samples had a total number of unqualified bacteria. Among them, a year-round cake (240g/bag, production date of 2020/12/24) and a chicken cake (400 grams/bag, production date of 2020/12/30) and a chicken cake (400 grams/bag, production date of 2020/12/30) were found to be unqualified, and the unqualified items were all the total number of colonies.
In addition, two meat products were found to have exceeded the total number of bacteria, namely the roast duck of the Xinhuagang Flavor Roasted Wax Shop in Huadu District, Guangzhou City, and the Chaoshan Brine Stall and Roast Meat in Xinhua Xizai, Huadu District, Guangzhou City.
According to the supplementary statement in the announcement, the total number of colonies is an indicative microbial indicator, not a pathogenic bacteria indicator. It is mainly used to evaluate the cleanliness of food and reflect whether the food meets the hygiene requirements in the production process. The total number of colonies exceeding the standard indicates that individual enterprises may not strictly control the sanitary conditions of the production and processing process as required, or the cleaning and disinfection of packaging containers are not in place; it may also be related to the lax sealing of product packaging and improper control of storage and transportation conditions.
The peroxidation value of soybean oil in Fu Shoumen exceeded the standard
Two restaurants were not qualified for raw materials
In the spot check, there was a non-conforming edible oil product, which was soybean oil (19L/bottle, production date 2020/12/4) whose nominal production unit was Guangzhou Zhongfu Oil co., Ltd. and whose trademark was "Fu Zhangmen". This sample was detected to have an excess peroxide value. The standard value should be ≤5.0 mmol/kg, and the test result should be 6.0 mmol/kg.
According to reports, the peroxide value mainly reflects whether the oil and fat in the food are oxidized and deteriorated. The reason for the excessive peroxide value may be that the oil used in the product has deteriorated, or the environmental conditions of the product in the storage process are improperly controlled, resulting in rancidity of oil and fat; it may also be that the raw material is improperly stored and effective antioxidant measures are not taken, resulting in the fat in the raw material has been oxidized, so that the final product oil is oxidized. Eating foods with excessive peroxide value may cause gastrointestinal discomfort, diarrhea and other symptoms.
It can be found from Tianyancha that Guangzhou Zhongfu Oil & Fat Co., Ltd. is an operating small and micro enterprise, which was established in 2012. Its business scope includes food and vegetable oil processing, commodity retailing, commodity wholesale trade, etc., but in 2017, it was subject to administrative penalties for producing edible blended oils with a net content that did not meet the standards.
In addition, in this sampling inspection, there are 13 edible agricultural products that are unqualified, most of which are from farmers' markets, wholesale markets, etc., but two of them are from two restaurants, namely Niuwa from Tianhe District, Tianhe District, Guangzhou City, and Sugar Oranges from Guangzhou Donghuicheng Daoxiang Catering Co., Ltd. Nandu reporter found from Tianyancha that in the administrative punishment of Guangzhou Donghuicheng Daoxiang Catering Co., Ltd., it can be seen that the company purchases granulated sugar oranges as food raw materials, mainly for guests to eat before meals.
All unqualified foods are recalled for rectification
Lian Xiang Lou is applying for reconsideration
The Guangzhou Municipal Market Supervision and Administration Bureau has required the market supervision departments of relevant districts to investigate and deal with unqualified food and its producers and operators in a timely manner, order enterprises to find out the flow of products, recall unqualified products, and analyze the reasons for rectification; Business units are required to immediately take measures such as removing unqualified food from shelves to control risks and investigate and deal with them according to law.
For the list of unqualified people, the relevant person of Guangzhou Lianxianglou Food Co., Ltd. said in an interview with Nandu reporter that the company attaches great importance to this matter and is applying for reconsideration, hoping to understand the specific details. It said that Lianxianglou attaches great importance to product quality, has a strict quality system, to ensure that the factory products are in line with various standards, the company's products are often sent for inspection without problems. However, there are many links in the production, transportation and sales of food, and it is hoped that this will be used to check where the problem occurs in the whole process.
It is understood that this is not the first time that Lianxianglou has been sampled to be unqualified, in January last year, the State Administration for Market Supervision notified 7 batches of unqualified food, including a batch of acid price (in terms of fat) exceeding the standard of chicken cakes in Lianxianglou, which was sold in Jingdong Lianxianglou Jingdong Self-operated Zone (the operator is Tianjin Ruijiaxun Trading Co., Ltd.), with a specification model of 400 grams / bag. The test results show that the acid price (in terms of fat) is 6.1 mg/g, which exceeds the national food safety standard (≤5 mg/g).
