Through the mobile phone applet "Wuxi Cloud Bus", and then click on the "Dynamic Bus" section, you will enter the reservation interface, and then select the boarding point and destination, and the operation will be completed.
Reporter Tang Gaolin: The customized bus has come, and the location I am in now is not a traditional bus station. The whole process of getting on the bus is basically the same as online car-hailing, there is a verification code, and after the verification code is given to the master (ticket check), our vehicle will set off. Compared to the regular big bus, it is smaller, with a seat of about 10 people.
This "online hailing bus" with a fare of 3 yuan is not only affordable, but also saves many passengers the time cost of waiting for the bus through the smart travel mode of online taxi. Up to now, Wuxi Dynamic Bus operates in an area of 12 square kilometers in the Economic Development Zone and Huishan District, with more than 7,000 registered users and more than 200 peak orders in a single day.
As a supplement to the city's fixed bus lines, this new bus mode adds some virtual stations with large passenger flow in areas not covered by traditional stations, so as to meet the personalized travel needs of citizens as much as possible.
Dynamic bus personalized service gives more choices for travel
With online ordering on mobile phones and intelligent systems automatically matching routes, dynamic buses not only provide passengers with more flexible options for travel, but also further optimize bus capacity delivery and improve operational efficiency.
Early in the morning, Mr. Wang from Shijiazhuang, Hebei Province, placed an order on his mobile phone to book a dynamic bus, and after the order was sent to the intelligent dispatch center of the bus group, the system automatically matched the vehicle and generated the optimal route.
Mr. Wang's workplace is located in Shijiazhuang High-tech Zone, which is relatively small compared to the passenger flow in the downtown area, only about 60% of the main urban area, and the capacity of conventional bus lines is not matched from time to time. In response to the changing passenger flow during peak and peak periods, the bus group has opened dynamic buses and provided more personalized services to passengers through 168 virtual stations set up in the area.
The staff told reporters that this customized small bus with a length of about 5.9 meters can dynamically respond to the travel needs of passengers. While saving costs, the bus group also adjusted some inefficient or redundant bus routes to optimize capacity. Since its opening, the dynamic bus has transported about 56,000 passengers.
