"I didn't expect that I was so old, and I could still see that the Xiong family, who had lived for generations, would have such a big change, the road became wider, the village became more foreign, not to mention getting into a big car, it was not easy to push a wheelbarrow in and out. Now the village is full of spacious roads and easy parking, which is great!" Uncle Xiong, an 82-year-old villager, couldn't help but smile when he talked about the great changes in the village. The people's real sense of gain and happiness is due to the good implementation of government policies, the strong ability of cadres and officials, and the high willingness of villagers to govern.
It is understood that in order to fully promote the house reform work, the bear family at the bottom of the road started from scratch. They insisted on high standards of advancement, demolished all courtyards, withdrew all houses that affected planning, and returned all homesteads to the collective. According to statistics, in just a few months, a total of 54 courtyards of 9,740 square meters were withdrawn, 47 old houses and ancillary houses of 2,460 square meters were demolished, and a total of 12,200 square meters of various homesteads were withdrawn from the village.

The villagers take full advantage of being located in the core area of the industrial park, and 80% of the villagers, in addition to the old and young, work in nearby factories, with a salary of 4 to 5,000 yuan per month and 7 to 8,000 yuan per month. At the same time, they also built peasant apartments by renting out houses, and there are 18 houses for rent in the village, and 128 people live in them. It can bring economic benefits to the villagers more than 40 yuan every year.
