On May 28, with the help of the latest technology, there was a major turnaround in the work. The blood samples of Mr. and Mrs. Lu are related to the DNA of Chen Mouchang, a 26-year-old man in Puning City, Guangdong Province. After many police investigations, Mr. and Mrs. Lu Mouhe are Chen Mouchang's biological parents. Lu Mouyin was abducted and sold to Guangdong that year, and is now named Chen Mouchang. Chen Mouchang was very excited and decided to go to Nanchong on the eve of the Mid-Autumn Festival to recognize his relatives and reunite with his biological parents.
Touching reunion scenes also appeared at the scene of family recognition in Chengdu, Panzhihua, Meishan, Leshan, Ziyang, Guang'an and other places in Sichuan Province.
It is understood that in order to carry out the "reunion" action, the Sichuan Provincial Public Security Department has formulated a work plan for centralized publicity of the action, planning eight themes around four directions, of which the "reunion and three advances" have gone deep into villages, places, and campuses to carry out 312 batches of propaganda, received letters and calls from the masses to reflect more than 230 clues and help information related to abduction, and 554 suspected abductees were sorted into the warehouse.
