Focusing on the themes of "Winter Tour" and "New Year", Ningde will focus on creating 40 cultural and tourism marketing activities full of New Year's flavor, among them, Ningde Municipal Bureau of Culture and Tourism, together with Jiaocheng District Culture, Sports and Tourism Bureau, Dongqiao Economic Development Zone Social Affairs Bureau, Ningde Art Museum, and Ningde Cultural Heritage Protection Center, will focus on launching the "Ningde City Dragon Year New Year Cultural Tourism Carnival" from February 12 to February 24 (the third day of the first lunar month to the fifteenth day of the first lunar month), connecting intangible cultural heritage promotion, cultural tourism publicity, Cultural tourism consumption and other content, so that the exhibition and tourism promotion are integrated and mutually promoted. Other counties and cities in Ningde will also hold special activities such as the Peach Blossom Festival, tea tourism experience, garden party, and cultural and creative market, creating a tourism atmosphere with wonderful every week, bright spots every month, and climax in every season.

From New Year's Day to the Spring Festival this year, Ningde has carried out more than 200 cultural activities around the in-depth promotion of culture into 10,000 homes, so that citizens and tourists can enjoy high-quality cultural services everywhere while experiencing the beautiful mountains and seas of Ningde. During the event, Ningde tourist attractions, travel agencies, hotels, homestays, etc. launched 40 preferential measures such as free tickets, half price, and discounts, bringing "warm benefits" to Ningde in winter.
