Later, the court held that Ms. Zhang and Mr. Lu lived together during marriage, which violated public order and good customs, and should be dismissed. There was no causal relationship between Lu's actions and Ms. Zhang's death. Chen's claim was dismissed.
This incident reflects the undesirable phenomenon of contemporary marriage, and also reflects the unfaithfulness and inconsistency of modern men and women towards marriage.
The reason why Ms. Zhang cheated on Lu was because she and Chen had been separated for a long time and were estranged. If the two worked together and met every day, maybe this would not have happened.
In addition, Ms. Zhang herself was so old that she took the risk of getting pregnant and giving birth to a child, and it was precisely because of this move that she died. There is also a third party who knows that he has a husband and cheats on him, which is unfaithful to his marriage.
The reason why the court did not award Lu to pay Chen money was mainly to save people first when he was critically ill. If Lu didn't sign and missed the time for Zuijia's treatment, he would also die.
