I remember three years ago, when I first took over this cleaning cycle, I felt that beautiful in my heart. You see, there is a big red character on the door of the house, which means that life is full of joy. The furnishings in the room are novel, and there is a youthful atmosphere everywhere. The little couple just added a baby, and even the crawling mat asked me to wipe it with disinfectant and wet wipes. The first time I went to their house to do cleaning, I felt like a new recruit entering the battlefield – extremely nervous.
"Do you see what else you don't like?" I asked as I wiped my sweat. I thought that it was a matter of course to come for the first time to check.
"Uh... There is also dust here. The customer pointed to the corner of the TV stand. "Can you be a little more careful?"
I fought hard that day until I was done, and my back was soaking wet when I went out. On the way home, I complained again and again: "I can't help it." ”
Before the Chinese New Year last year, it was busy again. They asked for a big cleaning, so I rushed over early. Who knows that customers are starting to be picky again. "You think I'm not doing a clean job, then you can cancel my cycle!" I retorted angrily.
As she was packing up her things and preparing to leave, she suddenly softened her tone, "It's not... Not satisfied with your job... It's just that I've been under a lot of pressure at work lately..."
Later we both calmed down and didn't cancel the order. I don't want to quarrel with her anymore - just go back.
One day in August of this year, she looked like she was in a hurry. "You get busy first. Before she hurried out the door, she said to me, "Is there any WeChat contact that needs help." ”
After that cleaning, she sent me a message on WeChat: "Today the house is very clean. ”
We've had a lot of rape since then. She always praises every time she finishes cleaning, and often shares her parenting experience with me on WeChat.
Time is really a magician, from the initial doubts and dissatisfaction to the current gradual improvement, from customers and service providers to sharing life with each other. Looking back now, those frictions and misunderstandings have become the scenery on the road to growth.
In fact, as a senior cleaner, there will always be friction when facing all kinds of customers. But time and communication can always smooth out edges and corners and resolve misunderstandings.
Anyway, you have to give others some patience and understanding in life – especially young parents like the young couple who are busy with work and have to juggle homeschooling and children. Give more thoughtfulness and care, find resonance in mutual understanding, and build trust and friendship in the trivial things day after day.
