On January 2, Yutang Street, Guangming District, Shenzhen, held a mobilization meeting for the land preparation interest co-ordination project (Phase I) of Tongxing Road (Tianliao Section) and contiguous surrounding plots in Tianliao Community, comprehensively sounding the "charge" of the project preparation battle, focusing on the goal of opening up 1.8 kilometers of Tongxing Road (Tianliao Section), releasing high-quality contiguous industrial space, promoting enterprises in the area and Guangming Science City to strengthen innovation linkage, and helping Yutang high-quality development. Meeting site
Tongxing Road is one of the main north-south traffic arteries in Guangming District, starting from the South Ring Road and ending at the intersection of Baoshan Road, with a total length of about 8 kilometers, and is an important link connecting the three streets of Matian, Fenghuang and Yutang. At present, part of the Matian section has been completed and opened to traffic, the Fenghuang section has been implemented to be constructed, and the Tianliao section has not yet been opened. The implementation of the Tianliao Community Tongxing Road (Tianliao Section) and the Contiguous Surrounding Land Preparation Interest Co-ordination Project (Phase I) (hereinafter referred to as the "Tianliao Tongxing Road Project") can not only fully open up Tongxing Road, improve the framework of the transportation network in the area, and improve the convenience of residents' travel, but also drive other road networks in the area to speed up the smooth access, which will strengthen inter-regional economic exchanges and personnel exchanges, and is of great significance to promoting the integration of industry and city and the high-quality economic development of the area.
The Tianliao Tongxing Road Project (Phase I) has an implementation area of about 457,000 square meters, and about 130,000 square meters of "industrial" and "education" plots have been prepared in 2023, and it is planned to complete the maintenance of 327,000 square meters of the project (Phase I) in 2024 with a "large corps" operation. In view of the difficulty of Tongxing Road (Tianliao section), Yutang Street carefully deployed, dispatched experienced members of the street leadership team to take command, all department-level leaders were dispatched, and the main persons in charge of various departments and units were used as the "main attackers" to form 8 teams of "street-community-community joint-stock cooperative company". At the mobilization meeting, Lin Shuping, commander of the project site headquarters, issued a responsibility order for the eight tackling teams one by one, clarifying the implementation of the whole process of "covering the bottom line" in the tackling work, effectively solving the problems of the masses and ensuring the effectiveness of the work.

After the mobilization meeting, Yutang Street held a training meeting non-stop, and the relevant person in charge of the street interpreted the "Yutang Street "Zhuopu Chengyu" Project and the "Soil Consolidation Pioneer" Formation Plan", and widely selected cadres who are interested in land preparation work and related policies or are willing to improve in the whole street to join the "Soil Consolidation Pioneer", and take a semi-full-time form to participate in tackling tough problems, and strive to cultivate a group of "can speak, write, and work hard" Soil Consolidation Pioneers. Subsequently, experts in the field of land preparation combined with the actual teaching of the Tianliao Tongxing Road project, and took other project cases as the starting point to explain the relevant policies such as the overall planning of land preparation interests, as well as the project development work process, so as to help each team get started with various tasks faster.
Issuance of a liability order
Tan Quan, deputy head of Guangming District, said that the geographical location of Tianliao community is superior, just like the word "Tian", and it has been connected to Guangming Avenue, Genyu Road, Songbai Road and Guangqiao Road all around. Yutang Street should have a high degree of understanding of the development significance and people's livelihood significance of opening up Tongxing Road (Tianliao Section), and complete the land preparation work of Tongxing Road (Tianliao Section) as soon as possible.
The main person in charge of Yutang Street said that the landing of the Tianliao Tongxing Road project is not only the "golden key" to solve the fragmentation of Tianliao land and the lack of industrial development space, but also the "only way" for Yutang to improve the quality of the city and improve the living environment. It is necessary to complete the preparation of 327,000 square meters of land for the Tianliao Tongxing Road Project (Phase I) before the end of the year, open up 1.8 kilometers of Tongxing Road (Tianliao Section), and hand over a satisfactory answer to the district party committee and the district government and the people in the district, and make new and greater contributions to the construction of a world-class science city and the northern center of Shenzhen in Guangming District.
