In recent years, Tianyuan Residential Area of Jiuting Town has been guided by party building, through the integration of resources, building a regional party building platform, creating a "one-meter sunshine" green community project brand, continuously improving the community's self-management and self-service capabilities, and gradually transforming the community micro-environment. Give full play to the joint efforts of the "troika" of neighborhood committees, property committees and property management to stimulate the endogenous motivation of residents, solve people's livelihood problems, and build a beautiful community together.
Founded in March 2019, the "One Meter Sunshine" Green Community Volunteer Service Team in Tianyuan Residential Area has a total of 23 normalized volunteers, and regularly carries out volunteer service activities such as policy publicity, civilized persuasion, environmental inspection, love and sanitation cleaning, and tree planting and greening. With party members and volunteers taking the lead and residents participating together, we will integrate the suggestions and suggestions of community residents, and integrate normalized volunteer services into the micro-environment transformation of old communities.
"One Meter of Sunshine" Green Community Volunteer Service Team
There is an idle vacant land in the community, and Tianyuan Residential Area organizes volunteers, business committees, property company staff, etc., to use waste items, tires and other items to carry out micro-transformation of the vacant land and beautify the community environment. Through the joint efforts of everyone, these waste tires have been transformed into colorful flower pots and landscapes, which have been praised by the surrounding residents.
The internal resources of the community are limited, and Tianyuan residential area relies on the regionalized party building platform to solve various livelihood problems by finding "foreign aid". For example, relying on the renovation of the old community in Huting Community, we actively fought for the reconstruction of the shared fence between Sanyuan Apartment and Huting Community, rectified the garbage room in the community with the help of the town social affairs office, and donated a children's slide to the co-construction unit with the help of the Jiuting Town Federation of Trade Unions, adding a small children's paradise to the community.
This year, the "One Meter Sunshine" autonomous project has been gradually improved, whether it is the ecological environment of the community, or the humanistic care of the community, etc., and has established its own exclusive development system.
Previously, some residents have been reporting about the fitness venues in the community. In response to this problem, the neighborhood committee organized the property committee, the property and the enthusiastic owners to discuss the renovation plan. After the plan was determined, with the joint efforts of the neighborhood committee, property management and volunteers, the appearance of the fitness garden was greatly improved in just a few days, and it was well received by the residents.
In addition, in response to the problems related to elevator safety reported by residents before, under the active coordination of the town urban construction center, the property maintenance fund account was opened, and the neighborhood committee instructed the property committee to consult on elevator maintenance of the corridor according to relevant requirements. Seeing that the community environment is getting better and better, and the residents are increasingly concerned about the community affairs, the elevator maintenance consultation was voted without dispute, and the elevator maintenance has been completed.
