1. Consciousness of a certain treatment. The main problem is that we cannot think about problems and plan work from the perspective of a certain governance. Second, the consciousness of a member. The main problem is a lack of responsibility at work. As a member at work, I can't be strict with myself, but confuse myself with an ordinary employee, lack of thinking and tracking management for the work I handle, just simply satisfied with what I do, never care about the progress of doing it, how to do it, what difficulties I have in promoting the work, how to solve these difficulties and fail to think seriously, resulting in mediocre work results and sometimes in the last position, which is inconsistent with my identity as a member.
3. Serving the people. The main problem is that there is not enough contact with the masses and detachment from the masses. On the one hand, this is manifested in the fact that they have rarely gone deep into the rural areas and visited the masses very little, and the number of times they have gone to the rural areas in a year is only a handful, and each time they go, they mainly send some condolences to the masses, and when they go to the masses' homes, they exchange a few words with the masses' units, and return to their units according to a few pictures of the condolences they have sent, and they have not been able to have heart-to-heart talks with the masses, still less can they understand the masses' weal and woe and provide the masses with targeted help within their capabilities. On the other hand, when promoting the work, he failed to go deep among the masses to carry out investigation and study, but only obtained some information about the situation at the grassroots level from some written materials and from the mouths of others, and was unable to truly grasp the implementation of a certain work at the grassroots level and what thoughts and views the masses had on this work.
Fourth, compliance with rules and disciplines. The main problem is that there is a loose sense of rules and discipline. On the one hand, when I am under great pressure at work, I sometimes work with emotions, like to complain about some work arrangements of the unit, and even resist the implementation of some work, which affects the progress of work. On the other hand, I turn a blind eye to the desertion or early departure of my colleagues during working hours, and cannot perform my management and teaching responsibilities, which affects the image of the unit.
5. Ethics. The main problem is the lack of concentration and the lack of courage to take the initiative to stop the behavior of so-and-so. In the face of some behaviors that violate social morality in daily life, such as so-and-so and so-and-so in society, because they are worried that they will not be able to stop it with limited energy or make a storm that will affect their image, they fail to take the initiative to stand up to stop the bad behavior and maintain public order, but turn a blind eye and let it go.
Sixth, the role of play. The main problem is the lack of awareness of overcoming difficulties. Always have the fear of urgency and difficulty, and after encountering difficulties in the work, lack the courage to start over, lack the strength to trace the roots, and are not good at winning the support of all parties. After encountering a blockage, he couldn't stand the confidence that "if Loulan is not broken, he will never return", but blindly expected other colleagues to take over, thinking that the unit would come forward to clean up the mess.
