On May 16, 2024, the "Fireside Dialogue: The Choice After the College Entrance Examination - Going Out & Staying" co-sponsored by the President of Dalian Chamber of Commerce, EMBA President Ban Eagle Camel Team and the Wisdom Team was successfully held in Xinquan, the 23rd floor of New World Minglong, which was also the first roundtable activity of the Eagle Camel Team this year.

Yu Xueyi emphasized that the success of education is not limited to the traditional top universities, and used two vivid cases to show that even if they encounter setbacks in the early stages of their studies, through different paths, such as overseas education opportunities, children can also achieve magnificent turnarounds and achieve excellence, even reaching the heights of professors at Stanford University and Changjiang Scholars. These stories prove that every child has unique potential, and that the key is to find the right way to educate them, not just a single criterion.
Through these examples, Yu Xueyi conveyed a core concept: there is no absolute "good or bad" in education, and the key lies in adaptation and guidance. He emphasised that even small personal improvements, such as CET-4 or CET-6, computer literacy or practical experience, can greatly enhance the competitiveness of graduates. Secondly, there is a significant information gap in employment, and many students and their parents do not have a sufficient understanding of the job market, especially the recruitment information of high-quality state-owned enterprises such as central enterprises. For example, although state-owned enterprises provide a large number of jobs every year, the recruitment process is not transparent and the publicity is insufficient, resulting in a relatively small number of applicants, resulting in a waste of opportunities. Thirdly, students and parents often lack awareness of how to plan for university life and have a direct impact on future career paths.
