  1. Introduction of the recruiting unit

  The First Affiliated Hospital of Shandong First Medical University (Shandong Qianfoshan Hospital) was established in 1960 as the Affiliated Hospital of Shandong First Medical University and Shandong Charity Hospital. It is a provincial large-scale comprehensive tertiary first-class hospital integrating medical treatment, teaching, scientific research, rehabilitation, health care, prevention and first aid.

  Second, the number of positions and numbers

  3. Recruitment conditions

  (1) Basic conditions

  (2) Job conditions

  (3) Persons who have received criminal punishments or have been dismissed from public office, non-recent graduates of full-time ordinary colleges and universities, military personnel on active duty, and persons in other circumstances that are not allowed to be hired by law must not apply for employment.   (2) Registration and qualification review

  1. Registration

  Registration time: 7 working days from the release of the brochure (December 29, 2023 to January 9, 2024).

  Application materials include:

  (1) Nationally recognized academic qualifications and degree certificates, academic certification reports of the academic information network, professional and technical title qualification certificates, and personal ID cards. Applicants with overseas education experience should provide the certification materials of foreign academic qualifications and degrees issued by the Service Center for Scholarly Study of the Ministry of Education of the People's Republic of China;

  (2) If there is an appointment requirement for the position to be applied, it is necessary to submit the letter of appointment or letter of appointment for the corresponding professional and technical position;

  (3) If there is a work experience requirement for the position to be applied for, the corresponding work experience certification materials must be submitted;

  2. Qualification review: The qualification review of candidates runs through the whole process of recruitment. Applicants are required to fill in and submit relevant personal information truthfully. If the relevant materials and information provided by the applicant are false, they will be disqualified once found.

  (3) Examinations

  In accordance with the relevant regulations on open recruitment, the positions recruited for senior positions are organized by means of simplified procedures and direct interviews.

  1. Interview

  Interviews will be conducted by means of professional foundation, professional aptitude test, and interview. It mainly examines the political and ideological quality, psychological quality, professional theoretical knowledge and so on of the candidates. The time and place of the interview will be notified separately.

  The total score of the interview is 100 points, and the passing score of the interview is set at 70 points. Only those who reach the passing score of the interview can enter the scope of inspection. The results of the interview will be announced on the spot after the interview.

  The interview score is the overall score of the exam. The interview score and total score are calculated to two decimal places, and the mantissa is rounded.

  (4) Inspection and physical examination

  According to the recruitment position, according to the total score of the candidate's examination, from the high score to the low score according to the ratio of 1:1.5, determine the candidates to enter the scope of the inspection and physical examination, organize the establishment of the inspection and physical examination working group, and organize the inspection and physical examination in equal amounts.

  The inspection mainly examines the ideological and political performance, moral character, professional ability, and work performance of the candidates who have passed the examination, and reviews their qualifications.

  The physical examination shall be organized and arranged by the hospital in a unified manner, and the physical examination standards and items shall be implemented with reference to the "Notice on Revising the General Standards for Physical Examination for the Recruitment of Civil Servants in < (Trial) >(Trial) and the Operation Manual for the Recruitment of Physical Examinations for Civil Servants in >< (Trial)" (Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security [2016] No. 140), and the provisions of the State shall prevail if otherwise provided. If the re-inspection is required according to the regulations, the re-inspection can only be carried out once, and the result shall be subject to the conclusion of the re-inspection.

  Candidates who enter the scope of inspection and fail to participate in the physical examination at the prescribed time and place shall be deemed to have given up automatically.

  (5) Publicity of employment

  The personnel to be hired who have passed the examination, inspection and physical examination shall be uniformly publicized on the website of the Personnel Department of Shandong First Medical University (Shandong Academy of Medical Sciences) and the website of the First Affiliated Hospital of Shandong First Medical University (Shandong Qianfoshan Hospital), and the publicity period shall be 7 working days. Publicize the qualified personnel to be hired, report to the Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security for review and filing, meet the employment conditions, issue the "Public Institution Recruitment Personnel Filing Notice", with the "Public Institution Recruitment Personnel Filing Notice" for the relevant formalities, the employing unit and the hired personnel shall sign an employment contract in accordance with the provisions to establish a personnel relationship. The hired personnel shall be subject to a probationary period in accordance with the regulations, and those who are qualified shall be formally hired upon the expiration of the period, and the employment contract shall be terminated if they are not qualified.
