In 2019, the "Opinions of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council on Promoting the Inheritance, Innovation and Development of Traditional Chinese Medicine" clearly stated that the implementation of traditional Chinese medicine culture dissemination actions, the traditional Chinese medicine culture throughout the national education, primary and secondary schools to further enrich the traditional Chinese medicine culture education, so that traditional Chinese medicine has become a cultural consciousness of the masses to promote health.

Starting from 2022, Poyang Street Primary School in Jiang'an District will cooperate with Wuhan Qin Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine to create the "Xinglin Nursery Project - Traditional Chinese Medicine Culture into Campus" project. Qin Yali, director of Poyang Street Primary School in Jiang'an District, who is in charge of moral education, told the reporter of the People's Daily health client that each class of the school will adopt a Chinese herbal medicine plant every semester to explore and form a class culture, and then display it separately at the end of the semester.
