From January to December 2023, Zhongnan has delivered a total of 183 batches and about 100,000 houses in 64 cities including Nanjing, Qingdao, Chongqing, and Xi'an.

Hangzhou Jiandejiang Shangyun Qiyuan was delivered 6 months ahead of schedule, and the quality and delivery time of the house exceeded customer expectations, winning wide praise from the owners.
