He studied under professors Shi Jinmo and Zhu Chenyu, the "four famous doctors" in Beijing; he hung pots for more than 60 years, and he has been praised for helping the world's living people; he is a member of the Communist Party of China, an expert in internal medicine of traditional Chinese medicine, an expert in acupuncture and moxibustion, a professor of the Third Hospital of Shanxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, chief physician, a tutor for master's students, and a master of traditional Chinese medicine -- Lu Jingshan.
Lv Jingshan was born in 1934, a native of Yanshi, Henan, and graduated from Beijing College of Traditional Chinese Medicine in 1962.
Lu Jingshan's maternal grandfather Yu Zhen is a famous local doctor, Lu Jingshan has poor spleen and stomach function since he was a child, and the amount of food is very small, and even eating a meal is not as much as a cat. Later, he moved to Yongji City, Shanxi Province with his parents to settle down, once he had otitis media, his father took some borneol and pomegranate flowers, ground them into powder and blew them into his ears, but he didn't expect that only a few blows of his otitis media would be fine. This made Lu Jingshan very interested in Chinese medicine, so he began the long road of studying medicine.
Before the liberation, there was not a single hospital in Yongji City, and when people were sick, whether they were serious or minor, they were treated by "local methods." Moreover, at that time, the national government wanted to crack down on traditional Chinese medicine and abolish traditional Chinese medicine, but 13-year-old Lu Jingshan, under the influence of his grandfather and the "local method", embarked on the road of exploring the mysteries of traditional Chinese medicine.
In 1954, Lu Jingshan began to learn acupuncture and moxibustion, and then under the inspiration of the two teachers' "medicine" compatibility, and also under the influence Xi of the teacher Yang Jiashan's acupoint theory, Lu Jingshan read a lot of classical literature, and also summarized the experience of his predecessors, through syndrome differentiation and treatment, accumulated rich experience in clinical practice, and slowly discovered the law of "acupuncture".
There are two most important points in the theory of "right acupoints", the first is that the acupoints should be "simplified", if you can take one acupoint, you should not take two acupoints, and if you can take two acupoints, you should not take three acupoints...... The second is to improve the efficacy. If you want to improve the curative effect, then you must be familiar with the meridians, familiar with the acupoints, know the compatibility formula, and then apply the method of tonifying laxatives, according to the symptoms, select acupoints and refinement, and the effect is obvious.
Lu Jingshan's acupuncture technique is very distinctive, there is no pain when the needle is inserted, and the needle can be performed synchronously. The needle is inserted quickly, with zero pain, quick breathing, high needle feel and stamina. Inspired by the phenomenon of resonance, Lu Jingshan developed a synchronous acupuncture technique, which greatly improved the efficacy.
Lu Jingshan has gone abroad with the mainland's medical teams on many occasions to provide medical assistance to foreign countries. Once, in Africa, a young black man was so angry that he was speechless because of a quarrel with his boss, and he couldn't speak. The family took him to see indigenous doctors and French doctors, and half a month passed, and he found the medical team from the mainland when there was no way.
After seeing the doctor, Lu Jingshan used acupuncture to diagnose and treat the black youth, and it only took two and a half minutes for the speechless black young man to speak, and the whole hospital was suddenly boiling, and everyone praised Lu Jingshan, a Chinese medicine doctor from China.
In the process of slowly treating the disease, Lu Jingshan felt more and more that Chinese medicine is very great, and the development of the country needs to be escorted by Chinese medicine.
In order to inherit and develop acupuncture, Lu Jingshan, He Shuhuai and others compiled "Selected Extracts of Single Acupoint Treatment". This book is a very comprehensive introduction to the scope of single acupuncture treatment, acupoint collection methods and symptoms, etc., and is a must-have reference book for acupuncture clinicians and enthusiasts to improve their acupuncture skills, as well as a must-read acupuncture classic for patients to self-treat.
The book "Collection of Clinical Experience of Acupuncture and Moxibustion" was later edited by Lu Jingshan himself, reflecting his lifelong academic thoughts on acupuncture.
In addition, the book "Lu Jingshan's Acupoints" was compiled by Lu Jingshan's daughter Lu Yu'e on the basis of "Selected Extracts of Single Acupoint Treatment" and "Collection of Clinical Experience in Acupuncture and Moxibustion". This book, the theory is more detailed and the content is more perfect, and the book has also been translated into various foreign languages and disseminated around the world, not only in the industry, but also in the international community.
It is worth mentioning that Lu Jingshan also wrote a book - "Shi Jinmo's Medicine", which was compiled by Professor Lu in his early years by sorting out Shi Jinmo's "medicine" thoughts. The teacher, Shi Jinmo, was very pleased when he saw the first draft, and helped him correct it word by word. After the publication of the book, it was well received inside and outside the industry, reprinted many times, and spread all over the country.
