There are also some teachers who are unclear about the concepts of "three-dimensional goals" and "core literacy", and cannot correctly handle the relationship between the two, believing that core literacy has replaced three-dimensional goals, which is a wrong concept. In view of these problems, it is important to guide teachers to memorize the core literacy of this discipline in the future education and teaching work, and to know very clearly how the core literacy is reflected in the teaching process. There is a contestant in the political science discipline, and every point of view she throws will quote the scriptures and be justified. Therefore, we teachers should pay attention to the collation and classification of educational concepts in the future. It is recommended that teachers prepare a notebook in their daily teaching work, and collect educational views and theoretical stars that they usually see in magazines, networks, conferences, etc., so that they will not panic when they are teaching. 2. Strengthen teachers' reflection on classroom teaching and quickly deal with problems in the classroom. Participants should also talk about deficiencies and problems based on theory. Contestants can talk about the teaching feelings of this lesson and the direction of future efforts, and give this lesson a satisfactory conclusion. Of course, the classroom is not static, so reflection can not be the same, in the process of reflection, as long as the above points are highlighted, it is good. 3. Stimulate the active classroom and strive to complete the classroom preset in the activity; the classroom activity design of some participating teachers in this competition is particularly reasonable and novel, which is the highlight of this activity. The preparation time is tight during the teaching, and how to prepare for the class activities in a very short period of time should be a problem of concern. Some of the contestants prepared colored sticky notes, wrote the key content of the class on the sticky notes in advance, and in the process of teaching, the notes with knowledge points were issued to the students, so that the students could find a suitable place for their sticky notes to paste on the blackboard. This activity is convenient to operate, but also mobilizes the enthusiasm of students and saves time. This point should indeed be studied well and cultivated well. Until now, some of our teachers have not carefully studied the characteristics of students, but still use old-fashioned teaching methods, in order to increase students' participation in classroom activities, let students write on the blackboard, which wastes a lot of time. There are only 20 minutes of time for students to write about this form of activity and it is not advisable. Colored sticky notes and blackboard stickers can be used as tools to make full use of when teaching. There is another issue that should also be brought to our attention. That is, there is only one hour of preparation time during the teaching process, and how to deal with the time allocation of lesson plans and teaching aids preparation is also crucial. Of course, there is no doubt that the judges' expressions and actions will affect the entire rhythm of the participating teachers' lectures, but too much care and excessive tension will affect the teachers' flexible handling of classroom emergencies. It is also important to grasp the timing of the lessons. When the participating teachers see that the teaching time is about to end, they must learn to flexibly adjust their teaching links and end the teaching content as soon as possible, rather than completing their teaching content step by step and overtime. To achieve flexible adaptation and flexible handling of the classroom, teachers must have full self-confidence, not be alarmed, and calm in this situation, which is also a manifestation of the ability to control the classroom.
