Below, I will talk about some of my impressions from two aspects: First, experience and harvest 1, different styles, highlighting the basic skills of teaching This activity, the teaching styles of the participating teachers are different, the teaching strategies are different, and many classes have surprised me. The competition process is not only a big competition of teaching ability, but also a big collection of teachers' teaching wisdom. In the process of the competition, the teacher's teaching thinking collided with the judges' teaching thinking, and the teacher's teaching design collided with the students' thinking, which can be described as wonderful. Most teachers can put students on the main position of teaching, use the form of group cooperative inquiry, integrate diversified evaluation, and attach importance to the penetration of the core literacy of the teaching subject in the teaching process, and successfully complete the classroom teaching goals. 4. Led by famous teachers and enhanced professional improvement The biggest gain of this activity is to get acquainted with experts and famous teachers from all over the world who serve as judges. Therefore, in order to stand out in the teaching activities, we must be familiar with the core literacy of the discipline, curriculum standards, school-based training, and teaching theory. For example, after a teacher's reflection, the judge asked, "How did you conduct a school-based training?" The teacher's answer was unsatisfactory, and he was obviously unclear about the concept of school-based training, and confused his professional growth method with carrying out school-based training. There are also some teachers who are unclear about the concepts of "three-dimensional goals" and "core literacy", and cannot correctly handle the relationship between the two, believing that core literacy has replaced three-dimensional goals, which is a wrong concept. In view of these problems, it is important to guide teachers to memorize the core literacy of this discipline in the future education and teaching work, and to know very clearly how the core literacy is reflected in the teaching process. There is a contestant in the political science discipline, and every point of view she throws will quote the scriptures and be justified. Therefore, we teachers should pay attention to the collation and classification of educational concepts in the future. It is recommended that teachers prepare a notebook in their daily teaching work, and collect educational views and theoretical stars that they usually see in magazines, networks, conferences, etc., so that they will not panic when they are teaching. 2. Strengthen teachers' reflection on classroom teaching and quickly deal with problems in the classroom. For the first time, the teaching of this competition changed the lecture to classroom reflection, and many contestants exposed great problems when reflecting, and the reflection was still the content of the lecture, and the reflection was carried out in accordance with the system of the lecture, teaching materials, teaching methods, teaching conditions, and content. This violates the rules of this competition, and the score is bound to be not high. Therefore, in the future, in the school teaching management work, we must pay attention to cultivating teachers' classroom reflection ability. First of all, let teachers understand what classroom reflection should reflect on, from what aspects to reflect, guide teachers to focus on self-evaluation, problem reflection, teaching reconstruction one by one teaching reflection: First, self-evaluation: from whether to adjust and change the teaching materials and the original plan, how effective? Have the teaching objectives been implemented? Is the teaching environment creation and thinking training guidance in place? Participants should also talk about deficiencies and problems based on theory. How can I put the new curriculum concept into practice in the future? Contestants can talk about the teaching feelings of this lesson and the direction of future efforts, and give this lesson a satisfactory conclusion. Of course, the classroom is not static, so reflection can not be the same, in the process of reflection, as long as the above points are highlighted, it is good. 3. Stimulate the active classroom and strive to complete the classroom preset in the activity; the classroom activity design of some participating teachers in this competition is particularly reasonable and novel, which is the highlight of this activity. The preparation time is tight during the teaching, and how to prepare for the class activities in a very short period of time should be a problem of concern. Some of the contestants prepared colored sticky notes, wrote the key content of the class on the sticky notes in advance, and in the process of teaching, the notes with knowledge points were issued to the students, so that the students could find a suitable place for their sticky notes to paste on the blackboard. This activity is convenient to operate, but also mobilizes the enthusiasm of students and saves time. This point should indeed be studied well and cultivated well. Until now, some of our teachers have not carefully studied the characteristics of students, but still use old-fashioned teaching methods, in order to increase students' participation in classroom activities, let students write on the blackboard, which wastes a lot of time. There are only 20 minutes of time for students to write about this form of activity and it is not advisable. Colored sticky notes and blackboard stickers can be used as tools to make full use of when teaching. There is another issue that should also be brought to our attention. That is, there is only one hour of preparation time during the teaching process, and how to deal with the time allocation of lesson plans and teaching aids preparation is also crucial. Some teachers spend a lot of time writing lesson plans, so they don't have time to prepare teaching aids, resulting in no novelty in their classrooms and low student participation. Therefore, in the allocation of lesson preparation time, we should pay attention to the shorthand of the lesson plan and the links can be prepared. Spend a lot of time designing and preparing teaching aids to make your classroom rich and flexible. 4. Enhance teachers' self-confidence in the classroom and fully display personal charm. In this activity, some contestants, lack of self-confidence, entered the class to face the judges too nervous, stuttered, and even misrepresented language. Therefore, in the future work, we must build a platform for teachers to exercise teachers' courage and enhance their self-confidence. Whether it is facing the judges or the students, you should be calm and calm, put your mind away, focus on the students, and integrate yourself into the classroom, rather than paying attention to the reactions of the judges. Some participating teachers have been paying attention to the reactions of the judges during the teaching process, and ignoring the reactions of the students. For the questions raised in the classroom, the answers made by the students cannot be correctly evaluated and guided in a timely manner, which is not correct. Of course, there is no doubt that the judges' expressions and actions will affect the entire rhythm of the participating teachers' lectures, but too much care and excessive tension will affect the teachers' flexible handling of classroom emergencies. It is also important to grasp the timing of the lessons. When the participating teachers see that the teaching time is about to end, they must learn to flexibly adjust their teaching links and end the teaching content as soon as possible, rather than completing their teaching content step by step and overtime. To achieve flexible adaptation and flexible handling of the classroom, teachers must have full self-confidence, not be alarmed, and calm in this situation, which is also a manifestation of the ability to control the classroom.
