They worked with each other to disassemble the EMU baseplate and skirt plate, inspect the filter, evaporator and condenser with a flashlight, and then use a high-pressure water gun to rinse the condenser radiator.
"If the condenser radiator is too stained, it will affect the heat dissipation effect, which may lead to high-pressure failure of the air conditioner and stop running when it is severe." Yang Wenkui carefully rinsed the strainer until the outflow became clear.
Perform air conditioning condenser flushing
With the completion of this set of "combination punches", Yang Wenkui and his colleagues' clothes have long been soaked with sweat, and the skin has also left traces of "intimate contact" with mosquitoes in the gutter. "Although I wear a raincoat, the splash of water when washing will inevitably wet the clothes, and coupled with the heat wave around me, it feels like 'ice and fire double heaven'." Yang Wenkui said.

Confirm that the air conditioner is electrically available in the driver's cab
At 16:10, after the fault was handled, the EMU raised the bow power supply, the air conditioner began to operate, and the "lung clearers" entered the driver's cab to view the train monitoring screen, and confirmed whether the faulty air conditioning unit returned to normal by viewing the fault alarm function and the temperature display of each carriage. At the same time, they also need to go to the air conditioning equipment cabins on both sides of the EMU to monitor the sound of the wind turbine operation and confirm that the air conditioning cooling equipment is in good condition, and the hot air blown by the cooling fan at this time makes them feel both dry and hot. At 17:20, after a day of operation, the EMU passed the acceptance of the quality inspector and was ready to go.
Check the ventilation and cooling effect of air conditioning in the carriage
The EMU "lung clearing division" is a "heat-resistant" profession. At work, they braved the sweltering heat, loaded the passengers in the carriage in their hearts, meticulously overhauled each group of air conditioners, and every drop of sweat they quietly evaporated turned into a refreshing cool breeze like a spring breeze.
