On January 27, Zhengzhou Qiboshan Hospital (Zhengzhou First People's Hospital Infectious Disease Hospital) began construction. At the construction site, Bu Hui, head of the information department of the First People's Hospital of Zhengzhou City, learned that the informatization of this hospital, which is popularly known as the Henan version of the "Xiaotangshan" hospital, should be built by the hospital itself.

The stress starts that day. As originally planned, they would complete the mission by Feb. 6.

On the morning of January 31, Yang Wenkui, who was in charge of the project at Alibaba Cloud, arrived in Zhengzhou. The night before, he was washing dishes in Shanghai when he received a call from his boss.

"There is a project in Zhengzhou, and now the epidemic is developing very rapidly, and the Zhengzhou municipal government has decided to build a Henan version of 'Xiaotangshan' hospital, which only has 6 days." Do you understand the medical industry? ”

"I don't understand."

"I don't understand that you can do it once, give you 5 minutes, say hello to your family, and then reply to me." Time is tight, if you don't go, you can only arrange for others. ”

That night, Yang Wenkui booked a train ticket and took the earliest train to Zhengzhou. Talking about his thoughts when accepting the task, Yang Wenkui said: "If I go, I may regret it for a day or two, and if I don't go, I will regret it for the rest of my life." ”

Before arriving at the First People's Hospital of Zhengzhou, Yang Wenkui's colleagues had already held a lengthy meeting with the hospital, including Bu Hui. The meeting lasted until more than 3:00 a.m. on January 31, and after 14 hours of discussion, the teams of the two sides finally determined the preliminary plan of information construction: the introduction of CT images and AI diagnosis, intelligent body temperature detection systems and intelligent delivery robots and other equipment, while the medical records, diagnosis and treatment, medical imaging of admitted patients for the whole process of digital management.

"It's really a race against time." After deliberation, Bu Hui said, they decided: "The fastest solution is to deploy on the cloud." ”

She was so busy that she even forgot to take anticoagulants

On January 31, Alibaba Cloud's engineer team members arrived at the General Hospital of the First People's Hospital of Zhengzhou.

The hospital has set up a temperature check point at the entrance of the office, and the nurse on duty at the door measures the temperature of the engineer every two hours. Bu Hui introduced that Alibaba Cloud engineers came in two batches of about 80 people, so the hospital specifically found an independent office space for them in the airport campus.

A total of more than 100 people from both sides threw themselves into this "battle". Bu Hui refers to the engineers he works with as "children."

"The time is too fast, the children in our department, Ali's children, the meals are placed next to the computer and do not move, and I have to tell them to eat one by one." Bu Hui told the Henan Business Daily reporter.

After overtime, the system achieved a "test run" on the cloud before February 6. In just six days, more than 50 business systems, more than 40 types of information equipment, and more than 700 sets of hardware facilities were installed and deployed.

At that time, because Qiboshan Hospital was still in the process of new construction, the hardware layout could not be in place in one step. To this end, Bu Hui and Yang Wenkui and others "saw the stitches and inserted needles", "every day to the construction site, special people stare, can put a little bit." There was no place to rest on the construction site, and Bu Hui and the staff could only lay out waste cartons and rest on the ground.

At a coordination meeting, Yu Hongwei, vice president of the First People's Hospital of Zhengzhou City, who had performed heart stent surgery on Bu Hui, saw that Bu Hui's face was pale, and he asked this special patient: "Your postoperative state is not quite right, what is going on?" ”

Bu Hui then remembered that he was too busy and forgot to take anticoagulants.

The first day of the consultation was her most stressful day

During the epidemic period, due to the inconvenience of logistics, "we have a pass, but the supplier cannot go out of the community, cannot enter the factory, and the goods cannot be delivered." To this end, Bu Hui and Yang Wenkui and others contacted a number of suppliers to solve the problem.

In the end, they successfully entered the market on February 10, and carried out on-site layout and commissioning. When debugging the intelligent delivery robot, the staff led the "little guy" through twice, "a total of 17 doors, like the guide dog, to lead it to recognize the door." ”

"It is the nursing assistant of Qiboshan Hospital, the medical staff only need to hand over the prepared medicine to it, then select the room number to be delivered, and gently press the 'Start' button, it will move steadily, quickly arrive at the designated location, very convenient." Bu Hui introduced.

On February 13, experts from all over the world entered Qiboshan Hospital.

On February 16, Qiboshan Hospital received the first covid-19 patient. Bu Hui said that this was her most stressful day.

"Like the college entrance examination, no matter how much you prepare, the real problem is on the exam paper." To this end, she led more than 20 engineers to wait in another room of the hospital, "we can communicate with doctors through remote consultation vehicles, walkie-talkies, and even remote 'hand-in-hand' teaching, accompanied by doctors to familiarize themselves with the new system." ”

In the end, the informatization construction of Qiboshan Hospital withstood the test of practice.
