In August this year, the account of "Boss Cai", a car critic with millions of Douyin fans, was blocked, and the homepage prompted that "the account has been banned due to violation of the relevant provisions of the "Douyin Community Self-Discipline Convention". Now, the content released by CAC states that "publishing and disseminating false information, maliciously slandering the product quality and reputation of an automobile company, and continuing to deliberately hype it." "Boss Cai" mainly releases content videos based on car explanations, and will comment on the appearance, material, interior, and performance of the car. In 2021, Boss Cai broke the news in a video that a friend of his was one of Tesla's suppliers, and Tesla adopted measures such as lowering quotations and strict payment methods or cycles for suppliers after localization, which may cause problems with the quality of suppliers' products. Tesla believes that Boss Cai does not have any evidence to support the authenticity of the above content. Boss Cai said that the above content belonged to a friend's revelations, but it was impossible for him to ask this "friend" to testify in court, and Tesla's lawsuit against Boss Cai ended in defeat. In addition, after disassembling the brake parts of the brand, "Boss Cai" questioned why the electric valve and accelerator brake are made together, and whether the coil and induction signal will be affected and produce the wrong judgment of the car, which will not cause potential accidents.

The final judgment shows that "Boss Cai" needs to apologize to Tesla on Weibo, Douyin, and WeChat public accounts within 15 days from the effective date of the judgment, and the top will last for no less than 15 days, and compensate Tesla for infringement losses of 100,000 yuan. Cai Jia then appealed, and on February 7 this year, the second-instance trial of the case was held, and the second-instance judgment rejected the appeal and upheld the original judgment, and the judgment was final. However, "Boss Cai" did not issue an apology statement on the relevant platform, nor did he compensate Tesla for the infringement losses, and was finally enforced by the court.

At that time, someone found out the identity of Boss Cai, who used to sell fake engine oil as an account, called a banquet car, and then found a way to make a fortune, saying that his predecessor did not have too much black material. The implication is that Boss Cai is a speculative stream, fake engine oil is sold, and the video says that the car is the same thing, how to earn traffic, and thinks that he is not unjustly fined 100,000 yuan.

After being rejected, it continued to release negative information about the car company. The accounts involved have been closed in accordance with law, and the account entities are to be included in the platform's blacklist management.

A car V revealed that there are actually many peers like "Auto Reuters", which use the negative pressure of car companies to ask for business orders, and manufacturers have to maintain them. Most of this kind of media do not have the ability to "make benign content", and mainly rely on negative articles and relationships.
