Recently, the Food Safety Office of the Yunnan Provincial Government and the Yunnan Provincial Market Supervision Bureau jointly formulated and issued the "12 Measures for Yunnan Province to Strengthen the Management of Bulk Liquor for Collective Dinners (Banquets)". Guide the organizers, organizers and the general public of group dinners (banquets) to abide by them to protect their lives and health.

1. The organizer and organizer of the collective dinner (banquet) are the first responsible persons for the safety of bulk liquor for the collective dinner (banquet), and bear the responsibility for food poisoning and foodborne diseases caused by the quality and safety of bulk liquor.

2. The bulk liquor used in the group dinner (banquet) shall be purchased from legal channels, and the pre-packaged liquor produced by regular manufacturers shall be purchased, and bills and vouchers shall be requested. Do not buy bulk liquor without product identification, manufacturer, or production address.

3. It is forbidden to use bulk liquor from unknown sources, home-brewed liquor, bulk storage liquor, homemade soaking wine, prepared liquor and other liquor used for group dinners (banquets).

4. If there are more than 5 tables (inclusive) for a group dinner (banquet) and bulk liquor is used, it shall be reported together when applying for the group dinner, and a letter of commitment shall be signed.

5. The organizer of the group dinner (banquet) shall strengthen the management of bulk liquor, and the jar bulk liquor shall be stored in the warehouse and kept by a special person. The container containing bulk liquor in the display area should be transparent, sealed, and with a faucet as much as possible, and a seal or lock must be affixed to the opening to prevent malicious behavior.

6. The organizer of the group dinner (banquet) shall fulfill the obligation to inform, and shall paste warning words such as "bring your own alcohol, safety and responsibility" in a conspicuous position in the store, and those who use bulk liquor for more than 5 tables (inclusive) shall sign a safety commitment letter for their own bulk liquor with the banquet organizer and ask for source bills.

VII. Where the organizers and organizers of group dinners (banquets) use industrial alcohol, methanol, or other fuels or accelerants, the containers shall be conspicuously marked with the name of the product and the warning words "forbidden to eat", and their shape, color, volume, etc., shall be clearly distinguished from those containing bulk liquor, water, and other foods (raw materials), and it is strictly forbidden to store them in the same room, mix them up, and prevent them from being mistakenly mentioned and drunk.

8. The safety management of bulk liquor for collective dinners (banquets) shall be carried out under the territorial management responsibility system. Township (town) people's governments and sub-district offices should supervise and urge food safety coordinators to strengthen the inspection and guidance of bulk liquor for collective dinners and self-organized banquets;

9. Group dinners (banquets) actively advocate healthy drinking and civilized drinking habits, and do not discourage drinking, fighting, alcoholism, and excessive drinking. Patients who have taken or injected antibiotics such as cephalosporins and metronidazole, or drugs for high blood pressure, hyperglycemia, and hyperthyroidism at group dinners (banquets) are prohibited from drinking alcohol. If you feel unwell, do not drink alcohol.

10. All relevant departments at all levels should increase the publicity and guidance of the knowledge of the prevention and control of bulk liquor poisoning, and improve the people's awareness of self-protection and self-prevention.

11. If you have symptoms of physical discomfort such as headache, dizziness, fatigue, unsteady gait, drowsiness, confusion, epileptiform convulsions, coma and other physical discomfort symptoms after participating in a group dinner (banquet), call 120 in time and send you to the doctor for treatment.

12. Give full play to the role of social supervision, and encourage the public to call "12315" to complain and report violations of laws and regulations in the production and operation of bulk liquor.
