Modern Express News (Reporter Dai Mingyi Liu Huiqin) "Guess what: what is this blue?" "This is called a drip arrow, which is to transport nutrient solution for plants." "This control box can help control water irrigation, turn lights on and off, nutrient solution circulation, etc. If we are outside, we can use our mobile phones to achieve remote control. On the afternoon of December 24th, Modern Express and Perfect (China) Co., Ltd. Jiangsu Branch (hereinafter referred to as "Perfect Jiangsu Branch") jointly organized the activity of "Express Reporter Exploring the Plant Factory Close to Nature" was successfully held. 18 groups of express reporter families walked into the new urban agriculture experience hall of Jiangsu Zhongxinyuan New Agricultural Technology Co., Ltd. and experienced modern smart agriculture up close.

The first stop of the young reporters was the water and fertilizer room, which is called the "canteen" of plants. 4 small barrels, 1 large barrel, 1 multi-functional water and fertilizer integrated machine and a number of pipelines form a water and fertilizer control system, which immediately attracted the attention of the young reporters of the Express. Zou Zhenqiang, a smart horticultural engineer, introduced while controlling the control system of the water and fertilizer integrated machine: "The small bucket contains formulas of different nutrient mother liquors, including nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium and other nutrients needed for plant growth. With the opening of the switch of the water and fertilizer machine, there was a "boom, boom" stirring sound in the vat, which immediately attracted the onlookers of curious babies. "The nutrients in each bucket have been proportioned according to the needs of the plants and collected into the vats. The pipes around the vat are then responsible for delivering nutrients to the plants. Just like our human chefs, make good food for everyone to enjoy. ”

"The nursery room is also called the plant kindergarten, where plant seeds take root and germinate through the seedling stage. Under the guidance of the teacher, the young reporters visited the standing sports seedling rack, automatic fill light control system, air conditioning temperature control system in the nursery room, etc., and observed the appearance of succulent, tomato and other plant seedlings up close. "The nursery room can realize automatic lighting, and it is necessary to control the indoor temperature, water and fertilizer replenishment on demand. With a multi-layer sports seedling rack, it is possible to maximize the number of seedlings per unit area. It can reach more than 6 times of the amount of traditional seedlings, which greatly saves the labor cost of seedlings. ”

Next door to the nursery is the plant factory. Rows of cultivation beds full of eggplant, tomatoes, wheat, lettuce, ice cabbage and other plants attracted the praise of the express reporter and parents and took photos on the spot. Mr. Zou Zhenqiang took the young reporters to observe and introduce: the intelligent LED light source installed in the cultivation bed can simulate the solar spectrum, meet the needs of crops for light, and become the "little sun" of crop growth. The fill light can be raised and lowered freely, making full use of light energy and saving energy. The tiny blue water pipe, called drip arrows, can replenish water and fertilizer for plants...... "We also have a small farm in our school, but it is still traditionally soil-grown. It is interesting to use soilless cultivation and replace it with materials such as sponges, rock wool, and nutrient water. The child also has a lot of knowledge after reading it. The mother of Huang Moyan, a young reporter from the Express and the second grade of Nanjing Yixin Garden Primary School, told reporters when she visited.

After visiting the plant factory, the young reporters experienced the digital twin capsule and digital twin farm under the guidance of the teachers. Zhang Chenhan and Zhang Chenmo from Class 1 (5) of the Xiaotiebei Branch of the Southern Normal University are twin brothers. One of them clicked on the control buttons on the touch screen of the digital twin capsule, and the other observed the lifting and rotation of the plant capsule planting frame. "Turned, turned...... Stop, stop!" In the VR planting area, the young reporters put on VR headsets one by one, held the handle in one hand and the locator device in the other, and immersed themselves in the whole process of rice planting, ripening and peeling, and steaming into fragrant rice over high heat. Chen Jingqi, a reporter from the Express and a fourth-grade student of Mingfa Binjiang Branch of Nanjing Langya Road Primary School, felt the biggest thing after the experience was that he knew how rice went from the field to the bowl, knew the hard work of farmers, and cherished food.

In the e-commerce experience area, the on-site reporters were divided into two groups, and each group shared the roles and tasks of customer service order delivery, warehousing and sorting, packaging, weighing, packaging, and transportation and distribution. The young reporters learned the division of labor and cooperation, and experienced the e-commerce workflow. Gu Hanmin, Class 4 (2) of Nanjing Jiangjunshan Primary School, shared his experience after the event: "After today's event, what impressed me the most is that modern agriculture is not like my mother-in-law's generation who used hoes and oxen to plough hands-on farming, but mechanized production like the one seen on site today, which is about ......."

After the event, each participating reporter received a certificate of "Little Labor Expert" and exquisite gifts such as Perfect Aloe Vera Gel, Children's Toothpaste and Hand Cream provided by Perfect Jiangsu Branch.
