However, Ms. Sheng said that she still hopes that Ms. Li's side will remove all the bathrooms and recoat them with waterproof layers in accordance with the requirements of the judgment to ensure that there will be no more water leaks in the future. In this regard, Ms. Li said that because after the verdict of the case, she suddenly fell ill and underwent a major operation, and she hoped that the downstairs neighbors would recognize her previous repairs, so as not to work hard to renovate the bathroom. For this reason, she is willing to pay another 10,000 yuan in compensation to the applicant for execution. However, when the enforcement judge asked Ms. Sheng, the applicant for enforcement, for her opinion, Ms. Sheng still refused.
Regarding Ms. Sheng's attitude, the enforcement judge believes that the choice of the applicant for enforcement should be respected in both law and reason. As a result, the enforcement judge re-assigned the work of Ms. Li's family, hoping that Ms. Li would empathize with Ms. Sheng's family for the inconvenience they faced when the bathroom was damaged.
After listening to the judge's words, in November, Ms. Li began to renovate her bathroom in accordance with the restoration standards in the judgment. After confirming the construction situation, the enforcement judge believes that the obligations of the person subject to enforcement can be said to have been fulfilled.
