On December 21, the State Grid Suide County Power Supply Company adhered to the guidance of improving quality and efficiency, organized the grassroots class station to set up an anti-theft team, gave full play to the exemplary and leading role of party members, and carried out the special action of "party building + anti-theft", further established and improved the anti-theft mechanism, maintained the normal order of electricity consumption, strengthened the lean management of the enterprise, and boosted the quality and efficiency of the enterprise.
In the face of the backward situation of line loss indicators in the Taiwan area, the party committee of the company put the anti-theft investigation work in a prominent position, and selected party members with superb business skills and excellent professional quality to set up an anti-theft team. The marketing department will take the lead in organizing the party members of each branch to give full play to the advantages of party building carriers, strengthen the leading role of party building, coordinate multiple resources, and work together to reverse the backward situation of indicators in the participation of party members in the anti-theft work.
Combined with the characteristics of electricity consumption in winter, the anti-theft team strengthened the "online monitoring + offline inspection" mechanism, relying on the electricity information collection, integrated line loss and other systems to extract data for multi-dimensional comparison and analysis. Focus on the long-term fluctuation of line loss, high incidence of electricity theft and other areas to carry out abnormal power monitoring, screen the list of abnormal customers, accurately lock down suspected customers, and cooperate with electricity inspectors to carry out on-site inspections. Take photos and collect evidence on the site of verified electricity theft and breach of contract, and issue a "Notice of Handling of Electricity Theft" to the illegal electricity thief, and immediately terminate the power supply to the electricity thief in accordance with Article 102 of the "Power Supply Business Rules", and recover the electricity charges and breach of contract.
The anti-theft work follows the principle of combining crackdown and prevention, and at the same time, the company carries out anti-theft propaganda in the multi-channel of "online + offline" and "return visit + visit", guides users to establish the idea of "illegal electricity theft" and "honest electricity use", severely cracks down on and curbs illegal acts such as electricity theft, breach of contract electricity, and destruction of power facilities, and builds a strong anti-theft high-voltage line, so that electricity thieves can form a legal concept of "dare not steal, cannot steal, and do not want to steal". Since the launch of the operation this month, Suide Company has seized a total of 24 cases of illegal electricity theft, effectively curbing illegal electricity theft and continuously improving the line loss index in the station area. This action effectively played the role of the party's "bridgehead" and "first move", demonstrated the vanguard and exemplary role of party members, enhanced the company's confidence and determination to crack down on electricity thieves, and ensured the safety and stability of electricity use by the majority of users.
