The harsh facts tell us that even at the expense of high salaries, many clubs are more inclined to hire Korean coaches, which obviously reflects the huge pressure and challenges faced by the entire Chinese football system. However, we cannot ignore the presence of some excellent local coaches, whose leadership and management experience are still valuable assets in the Super League, although the technical and tactical level is not as good as the average.
