The northern region of the mainland wants to eat dumplings on this day, because dumplings have the meaning of "cooling off", and there is still a folk proverb that "the winter solstice does not serve the dumpling bowl, and no one cares if the ears are frozen". Before the activity, the teacher prepared a cutting board, a rolling pin, a dumpling plate, and a meat filling. The children followed Xi rolling skins and making dumplings, and they were very busy.
Although some of the dumplings were lying flat, some were sticking to the vegetable scraps, and some were strangely shaped, the children regarded their dumplings as treasures, and their excitement was overflowing.
