Slippery soup with bean sprouts and shrimp
Ingredients: shrimp, bean sprouts, eggs, starch, salt, chicken essence, pepper, sesame oil, ginger slices
Steps: Remove the shell and line of the shrimp and chop them into shrimp puree.
Crack the eggs into the shrimp puree, add salt, chicken essence and pepper and stir well.

Ingredients: beef, bean sprouts, salt, chicken essence, cooking wine, light soy sauce, appropriate amount of starch.
Steps: First, cut the beef into thin slices, add a little cooking wine, light soy sauce and starch and marinate for 15 minutes.
Wash the bean seedlings, remove the old roots, and set aside.
Heat the pan with cold oil, put the marinated beef slices into the pan and stir-fry until it changes color, then set aside.

Steps: Wash the bean sprouts, drain and set aside.

Add the bean sprouts and stir-fry over high heat until tender.
Add salt to taste and continue to stir-fry evenly.
