The Nanshan District People's Court of Shenzhen convicted Zhang of fraud and sentenced him to 10 years in prison and a fine of 200,000 yuan, and sentenced the other 10 defendants to fixed-term imprisonment and a fine for fraud.
A gang carried out "routine loans" to more than 10,000 young people
"Borrow 10,000 yuan to repay 10 million yuan" and "borrow 4,000 yuan to repay 450,000 yuan"...... In recent years, reports of "college students falling into the trap of 'routine loans'" have frequently attracted attention.
On December 30, 2022, the Supreme People's Procuratorate disclosed a typical case of online underworld crimes, revealing the details of the crime of Tang's gang in Nanchang, Jiangxi Province, who carried out "routine loans" to more than 10,000 young people in more than 100 colleges and universities across the country.
