"On the evening of December 6, when I was sleeping with my child, I accidentally noticed that the child had several obvious needles in his buttocks. I examined it carefully and found that there were 12 needle holes in the child's buttocks, waist, and legs. The child told me that he had been stabbed by the kindergarten teacher and that there were other children in the class who had been stabbed. Ms. Yang, a parent, told reporters that a few days ago, many children in the kindergarten had a cold, and she was worried that the children would be infected, so they have not been sent to the kindergarten since November 24. During this time, she has been taking care of the child at home, and only sent the child to kindergarten on December 5. On the night of December 6, she found multiple needle holes in the child's body.

On December 7, Ms. Yang went to the Haidong Road Police Station of the Xincheng District Bureau of the Hohhot Public Security Bureau to report to the police. In the afternoon of the same day, at the request of the police, Ms. Yang went to the dermatology department of the People's Hospital of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region for an examination with the representatives of the park. The diagnosis was that the child's buttocks and the outside of the right lower limb were scattered with small brown crusts, and the nature of the scabs was to be investigated.

On the afternoon of December 16, the reporter got in touch with Chan Dan, the head of the kindergarten of Inner Mongolia University of Technology, and she said that everything is subject to the investigation results of the public security department.
