Recently, the State Administration for Market Regulation issued the "Measures for the Supervision and Administration of the Quality and Safety of Edible Agricultural Products Market" (hereinafter referred to as the "Measures") on December 1, which clearly stipulates that "the sale of fresh edible agricultural products shall not use lighting and other facilities that cause obvious changes to the true color and luster of food and agricultural products and other sensory characteristics to mislead consumers about the sensory perception of goods."
In order to actively implement the relevant provisions of the "Measures", put an end to the "beautification" of fresh lamps, and restore the "true state" of fresh edible agricultural products, the Market Supervision Bureau of Ganjingzi District has carried out special inspection and rectification work of "fresh lights" in the whole district, so that the masses can bring out the "real feeling" of the vegetable basket.

Strengthen the deployment and arrangement, and steadily promote rectification
Since the promulgation of the "Measures" has not been formally implemented, the organization has held a special meeting on "fresh lights" to study and deploy and promote related work, clarify the division of tasks, organize and carry out stage tasks, consolidate the work responsibilities of the grassroots level, and conduct a comprehensive survey of the use of "fresh lights" in farmers' markets and fresh supermarkets in the jurisdiction, understand the facts, guide in advance, and grasp the progress, and establish a ledger of "the use of fresh lamps for edible agricultural products", so as to lay a solid foundation for promoting the overall management of fresh lamps.

Strengthen education and publicity, and create an atmosphere of rectification
Adhere to the principle of investigation and publicity, guidance and rectification, issue and post the "Notice on the Prohibition of the Use of "Fresh Lamps" in the Sale of Fresh Edible Agricultural Products", vigorously publicize the relevant content of the "Measures for the Supervision and Administration of the Quality and Safety of Edible Agricultural Products Market", and conduct face-to-face interpretation to ensure that practitioners in the jurisdiction are familiar with the relevant provisions and terms. At the same time, take the initiative to explain to the operator what kind of lamps meet the requirements, and guide and urge the operator to take the initiative to change the relevant lighting facilities. At present, more than 70 copies of "fresh lights" notices have been distributed and posted in farmers' markets, supermarkets, fresh supermarkets, convenience stores and other business places.

Strengthen supervision and inspection to strictly prevent "resurgence"
Since the implementation of the "Measures", the meat, seafood, fruit and other stalls of major supermarkets, farmers' markets and fresh supermarkets in the region have been supervised and inspected, and market organizers and operators have been urged to self-examine and self-correct, and consciously replace lighting equipment that does not meet the requirements. Operators who use lighting and other facilities that do not meet the requirements will be rectified or punished in accordance with the provisions of the Measures. Up to now, 3,117 "fresh lamps" have been replaced, 3 have been ordered to be corrected, and the replacement of non-standard lamps has been basically completed.
