At half past two o'clock in the afternoon of December 10, 2023, the "Splendid Mountains and Rivers, Cultural Context and Teacher's Relationship" Zhu Yaokui and Lu Peng's Harmonious Theme Painting Exhibition was officially opened at the Guangxi Jinhua International Landscape Art Museum in Tengxian County, Wuzhou! Mr. Lu Peng is a disciple of Mr. Zhu Yaokui, a native of Tengxian County, Wuzhou, Guangxi, who learned from his family at an early age, loves literature and history, studies Xi Yixue oil painting, and Chinese medicine music. More than ten years ago, he went to Beijing to study, and fortunately Zhu Yaokui was favored by his teacher, who inherited the essence of his oil painting art and rigorous academic spirit. Lu Peng's paintings are a collection of everyone's strengths and unique style, integrating the traditional culture of Yixue into it, presenting a natural bearing. As a powerful contemporary oil painter, Lu Peng's works have been recognized by various institutions and celebrities in the field of oil painting, and his works have frequently appeared in art exhibitions at home and abroad, showing a new cultural and artistic concept with his unique easy-to-learn art and oil painting language connotation. He loves his homeland and is homesick, and brings his paintings back to his hometown, and this painting exhibition is fortunate to be cared for by his mentor Mr. Zhu Yaokui, and the student Lu Peng hopes to report his pen harvest to his hometown through the teacher-student painting exhibition, and share his artworks.
