Since the beginning of this year, Xiaojie Town, Songming County, has explored and created a kind of experiential, interactive, and à la carte preaching method, so that the theory "spring breeze and rain" and the preaching "sound into the hearts of the people".

Choose a good storyteller and make the theory three-dimensional
Theoretical propaganda is also a kind of mass work, and in order to make theoretical propaganda work closer to the masses and conform to the taste of the masses, small streets and towns have actively built a three-dimensional theoretical propaganda team.

Xiaojie Town has abandoned the traditional practice of "filling the house" and insisted on combining "reasoning" with "storytelling" and "talking about policies" with "performing literature and art", and adopted more methods such as "interactive", "experiential", "dialogue" and "literary and artistic" that the masses like to see, so that the form of propaganda has an "earthy flavor".

The second is to innovate and carry out "à la carte" preaching. Xiaojie Town highlights the principle of "what the masses need, what the government wants", and innovatively establishes a "5+X" propaganda team, 5 is a fixed five lecturers responsible for explaining the theoretical spirit, X is the theme of each issue of preaching that the masses want to listen to and want to learn, and the government sets the "main dish", and the masses order "side dishes" to realize the docking of "supply and demand" for theoretical guidance. Third, the blessing of art makes preaching vivid. We should make full use of the cultural characteristics of small towns and towns, compile the party's innovative theories into dialect talk shows, allegro, lantern songs and dances, small dramas, and other forms, and use language that is easily accepted by the masses to carry out in-depth and easy-to-understand theoretical propaganda. Based on solving the problem of "where to speak", the small street builds a wide-coverage and multi-functional propaganda position through the integration of resources, joint construction and sharing, expands the radiation of propaganda, and makes the propaganda position grounded.
