Electric motorcycles come in a variety of sizes. At one end of the spectrum, you'll find those high-powered motorcycles, such as the Energicsas and Zeros, which are designed to prove that performance motorcycles don't need to end with the demise of the internal combustion engine, and at the other end, you'll find some sleek, compact urban scooters, like the new E-Pop electric pedal from Belgian brand Neco.

Neco used to focus primarily on small-displacement gasoline pedals and commuter motorcycles, and now, the brand has its sights set on the future with the launch of the E-Pop, a compact, quirky motorcycle that performs similarly to the e-bikes and motorcycles commonly found in the United States; Its exterior is inspired by motorcycles, especially its exposed frame, which makes it a bit like a Honda Ruckus. In a way, it has the same minimalist style as the Ruckus, but is smaller and more compact.

In terms of performance, the Neco E-Pop is equipped with a 1,200-watt rear-wheel electric motor that makes around 1.6 hp. This puts its performance on par with 50cc motorcycles. The E-Pop has a top speed of 45 km/h, and the battery uses a small 48-volt, 28-ampere battery pack that claims to be able to travel up to 60 kilometers on a single charge, and the battery can be removed for easy carrying indoors or elsewhere.

 Beyond performance, the E-Pop doesn't hide anything when it comes to frame construction, with a dual-gun rear shock and standard fork paired with tiny 10-inch tires and disc brakes at the front and rear. In addition, the E-Pop comes with a built-in luggage rack, full LED lights, and even a KEYLESS keyless start system and USB charging port. Interestingly, it also has a two-seat design.

In Europe, the Neco E-Pop is available in four colours, including black, orange, yellow and green. In terms of price, the price of the Neco E-Pop is also very attractive, only 1999 euros, about 15,000 yuan.
