### 6. Roasted kale cores

**Material:**

- Kale core

- 2 tablespoons olive oil

- Salt, pepper, lemon juice

**Steps:**

1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.

2. Cut the kale core, brush with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.

3. Place the kale cores on a baking sheet and bake for 10-15 minutes until golden brown.

4. Once baked, add lemon juice and enjoy.

### 7. Kale rolls

**Material:**

- Large-leaved kale

- Minced beef or vein ingredients

- Minced garlic

-ketchup

- Salt, pepper

**Steps:**

1. Blanch the cabbage leaves until tender.

2. Prepare a pan, add minced garlic and beef or beany and stir-fry until cooked through.

3. Add the tomato paste and season with salt and pepper.

4. Place the sautéed ingredients on top of the cabbage leaves, roll them up and secure them with a toothpick.

**Material:**

- Finely chopped kale leaves

- Salted egg yolk (chopped)

-cream

- Salt, pepper

**Steps:**

1. Heat the cream in a pan, add the chopped salted egg yolks and stir well.

2. Add the chopped kale leaves and stir-fry for a few minutes.

3. Finally, season with salt and pepper and stir well.

### 9. Purple cabbage soup

**Material:**

- Finely chopped red cabbage leaves

- Chicken broth or vegetable broth

-onions

-Garlic

- Salt, pepper

**Steps:**

1. Heat the olive oil in a pan, add the chopped onion and garlic and sauté until fragrant.

2. Add the chopped red cabbage leaves and stir-fry for a few minutes.

3. Pour in the chicken or vegetable broth, bring to a boil, then reduce the heat to low and simmer for 20-30 minutes until tender.

4. Finally, season with salt and pepper and stir well.
