Recently, the first block 0 of the Shanghai-Nanjing high-speed railway (Anhui section) across the Shanghai-Shaanxi Expressway bridge was successfully poured, marking the official start of the construction of the superstructure of the bridge and laying a solid foundation for the construction of the whole line.

The total length of the bridge across the Shanghai-Shaanxi Expressway is 20.8 kilometers, of which the main bridge crosses the Shanghai-Shaanxi Expressway from northwest to southeast, and crosses the highway diagonally for 24 degrees, which is a major and difficult project of the Shanghai-Nanjing high-speed railway (Anhui section). The main bridge of the bridge is 497 meters long, designed as a double-tower double-cable surface prestressed concrete cable-stayed bridge, the main bridge hole span is (32 + 93 + 240 + 93 + 32) meters, it is the largest short tower cable-stayed bridge of the same type in the domestic railway, using the hanging basket cantilever pouring method construction, with the characteristics of large bridge span, large number of segments, long construction period and high safety risk.

The pouring is the No. 622 main pier No. 0 block, the beam body adopts a variable height variable cross-section single-box double-chamber straight web box girder, the beam surface width of the tower position is 18.9 meters, the top width of the beam surface of other sections is 14.4 meters, the bottom width is 12 meters, the fulcrum beam in the No. 0 block is 11 meters high, the end is 10.63 meters high, the length is 16 meters, and the design volume is 1569 cubic meters.

In order to ensure the smooth progress of the pouring construction of block 0, the project organized on-site special promotion meetings for many times, formulated detailed construction plans and construction plans, strengthened safety control, strengthened process control, etc., and finally successfully completed the concrete pouring task.

The Shanghai-Nanjing-Hefei high-speed railway is an important part of the high-speed rail corridor along the Yangtze River of the national "eight vertical and eight horizontal" high-speed railway network. The main bridge of Baishui River Bridge adopts a 340-meter-diameter upward-bearing concrete-filled steel tube cross-section truss arch, with a total length of 833.5 meters and a bridge deck 303 meters high from the valley floor, ranking 46th among the world's high-rise bridges. The columns on the arch of the bridge adopt a hollow rectangular thin-walled cross-section steel box structure of row frame type, and the column limbs of the transverse bridge are respectively fixed on the steel pipe arch ribs, and the columns are connected by cross braces. It is installed in the form of factory segmented production and processing, on-site segmented hoisting and welding. According to the height of the column, the column cross-sectional dimensions are (1500×800) mm, (1300×800) mm and (1100×800) mm, and the wall thickness is 16 mm. Each column is composed of a number of 8-meter-long standard sections and less than 8-meter-long non-standard sections, with a total of 56 column base sections, 100 standard sections and 56 non-standard sections in the whole bridge, which are divided into 42 combined sections according to the hoisting weight and hoisting length, and the millimeter-level accurate hoisting is successfully completed.

Jianbang Liaotai Yellow River Railway Bridge Helong

It is understood that the overall progress of the project has been completed by more than 90%, and strive to be completed and opened to traffic by the end of this year. The Jianbang Liaotai Yellow River Highway and Railway Bridge crosses the Yellow River, connecting Pingyin County of Jinan City and Dong'e County of Liaocheng City, becoming a convenient and smooth cross-Yellow River channel between Jinan and Liaocheng City, which is of great significance for Jinan to accelerate towards the "Yellow River Era".

The Jianbang Liaotai Yellow River Highway and Railway Bridge and Highway Connection Project is a control project of the Liaotai Railway, which has been listed as a major construction project in Shandong Province in 2021 and 2022, with a total investment of nearly 2 billion yuan. The total length of the bridge section is 3.367 kilometers, the total length of the roadbed section is 10.085 kilometers, and the main bridge adopts 120 + 3× 180 + 120 meters of five-span continuous steel truss girder, with a maximum span of 180 meters, which is the largest span of the flat chord steel truss girder road and railway dual-purpose bridge in China.

The main bridge of the project is located 2 kilometers downstream of the Aishan checkpoint of the Yellow River, which is the narrowest part of the lower reaches of the Yellow River, and the river is turbulent. In the summer and autumn flood season every year, the local erosion depth of the bridge riverbed is more than 10 meters, and the construction safety risk is high. The main bridge of the Lingjiang Bridge of the Linhai Yuwen Highway Project is fully connected

Recently, the prefabricated T beam of the Lingjiang Bridge of the Linhai Yuwen Highway Project has been erected, the steel box girder of the large section on the right side of the main bridge has been successfully lifted and installed, and the right beam has been successfully closed, marking the completion of the main bridge of the Lingjiang Bridge.

Lingjiang Bridge is a key control project of the Linhai Yuwen Highway Project, with a total length of 2275.96 meters, a total of 51 spans, and 510 prefabricated T beams. During the construction process, the participating units overcame the difficulties of insufficient safety distance of 110 thousand volt and 10 thousand volt high-voltage lines, road transportation of T beam of the north approach bridge, and limited lifting site of double machines, and successfully completed the task of erecting the precast beam node issued by the owner 3 days ahead of schedule.

The steel box girder of the right large section of the main bridge of the Lingjiang Bridge is 82 meters long, 11.75 meters wide and weighs 720 meters, and the successful lifting and installation has been completed, which is another major breakthrough in the key node achieved after the successful closure of the left main bridge and the installation of the steel-concrete joint section on the right.

The lifting and installation of large-segment steel box girders is the most complex and difficult key process in the construction technology of the main bridge of Lingjiang Bridge. Before the lifting and installation of the steel box girder, the project unit held several deployment meetings to investigate the problems, discuss countermeasures, continue to explore, review and summarize the installation experience of the left steel-concrete joint section, and finally achieve accurate closure by adopting technologies such as breakthrough ship positioning in water, bridge deck crane transformation and overall hoisting, and margin matching and cutting of the closing dragon ring mouth.
