On the same day, Hangzhou Xiaoshan International Airport ushered in the peak of the departure of the Asian Para Games delegation, which is expected to transport more than 2,700 Asian Para Games related personnel from more than 20 countries including Indonesia, Malaysia, Japan and South Korea, including more than 700 wheelchair passengers. From 6 o'clock in the morning, there are Asian Para Games flights leaving Hong Kong one after another, and continue until 23 o'clock in the evening, ensuring more than 100 flights throughout the day.

According to the arrival and departure management system, the official entry and exit ports of Hangzhou Xiaoshan International Airport, Beijing Capital International Airport, Shanghai Pudong International Airport, Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport and Urumqi Diwopu International Airport are expected to guarantee 248 flights departing from the Asian Para Games, 3,259 passengers and 5,670 pieces of luggage, including 749 wheelchair passengers.
In order to cope with the peak of departure and return, the arrival and departure command center accurately obtains the estimated arrival time of vehicles at the airport, scientifically controls the ground traffic roads, formulates vehicle diversion routes, and prevents congestion on the ground and elevated roads caused by large traffic flows. In view of the difficulties and blockages on the departure line of the Asian Para Games, we will refine service measures and formulate various emergency plans to let athletes feel the smooth travel and service temperature. The luggage of departing athletes is usually 2-3 times that of the average passenger. To this end, the arrival and departure command center obtains the departure and return information of the delegation in advance, puts the baggage check-in work in advance, and transports the checked luggage of athletes from 12 delegations including Malaysia, Thailand, and Indonesia to the airport one day in advance. Hangzhou Xiaoshan International Airport has opened a special check-in counter for the Asian Paralympic Games, weighing, hanging luggage tags, and placing them in the designated storage area. The next day, after the athletes arrive at the airport, the boarding pass and the baggage claim of the pre-checked baggage will be delivered together, so as to achieve efficient and orderly personnel and baggage protection.
In the terminal, the sincere service provides "warm help" for the event personnel to leave the port. According to the number of departures, security needs and luggage of each team, the airport carries out customized guarantee of "one flight and one plan", reasonably arranges the departure stands, and controls the barrier-free elevators by special personnel to avoid waiting and detaining the elevator entrance for a long time. In addition, there are 4 temporary non-public examination rooms and 2 prosthetic maintenance rooms at the security checkpoint, equipped with seats, walkers, examination beds, dust-proof prosthetic bags and other facilities and equipment, providing a warm and thoughtful private examination space for special passengers.
