Comrade Ye Jianying was one of the ten founding marshals of the mainland and made tremendous contributions to the founding of New China. During the revolutionary war, he forged ahead bravely, fearless of life and death, and after the founding of New China, he still stuck to the rapids and became the pillar of New China. However, few people know that in his later years, Comrade Ye Jianying raced against death several times.
As one of the ten marshals, Ye Jianying in people's eyes seems to never fall. However, as he grew older, old injuries from his youth began to erode his body. The guards were the first to discover Ye Jianying's physical problems, and they reported the situation to Deng Xiaoping, and the central government immediately organized a meeting to discuss a solution and arrange for a health care team to take care of Ye Jianying. However, Ye Jianying's physical condition is still not good.
Compared with other peers, Ye Jianying's immunity and protection are much worse. A slight change in climate change can trigger colds and often complications. His physical condition did not worry him, but instead comforted the medical staff in a humorous way. Despite the pain afflicting him, he remained patient. He often told the people who took care of him that they were taking care of him for his good and that he should cooperate with the treatment.

Multiple bed rest, syncope, severe cardiopulmonary infections due to pneumonia... Paramedics pulled him back from the hands of death again and again. However, Ye Jianying's body had long been shattered. Eventually, his heart stopped beating after several episodes of ventricular fibrillation, and paramedics could no longer revive him.
On October 22, 1986, Comrade Ye Jianying passed away. Relatives, friends and staff who accompanied him shed tears of sadness. The hero in their hearts left forever, which is the loss of New China and the loss of the people of the whole country.
