According to reports, the Games was co-sponsored by the Foreign Affairs Office of Chengdu Municipal Government, Chengdu University and Jinniu District People's Government, and more than 120 foreign residents of Chengdu's international community, foreign "Rongpiao" talents, representatives of foreign enterprises and Hong Kong and Macao friends from 32 countries (regions) gathered in Rongcheng with representatives of Sichuan Province, Chengde Meizi Foreign Affairs Department, and relevant municipal departments in Chengdu to talk about the happy and beautiful life of "home in Chengdu" with sports as the medium.

A total of 10 teams participated in team competitions such as ten-to-nine, shooting challenge, outdoor badminton pitching, power tug-of-war, etc., cooperating and working hard for a common goal, friendly competition, and the wonderful competition attracted cheers and cheers one after another, and everyone increased their understanding and established deep friendships on the field.
