I found that some people were halfway through the book and out of nowhere heard the Balfour Declaration, talking about the British government's support for Jewish statehood and immigration to Palestine.

In fact, the Balfour Declaration was a letter issued by the British Foreign Office that year, addressed to Lord Unnett Walter Rothschild, vice-president of the British "Zionist Union".

The translation of the whole passage is as follows:

Dear Lord Rothschild,

It is with great pleasure to convey, on behalf of His Majesty the King of the British Empire, a declaration of sympathy for Zionism.

The declaration was submitted to the Cabinet and approved.

His Majesty and the Government of the King endorsed the establishment of a Jewish homeland in Palestine and worked to achieve this goal.

To be clear, the civil and religious rights of the existing non-Jewish community in Palestine must not be compromised. Just as the rights and political rights of Jews elsewhere are not undermined.

I would be grateful if you had circulated this declaration to the Zionist Union.

Shun with high respect.

The Balfour Declaration of 1917 was short-lived, but it was significant for the Jews, equivalent to the fact that a powerful country in the world finally recognized and supported the Zionist movement.

However, from the perspective of the British, this declaration was merely a use of Jewish methods. At that time, the Jews were already in the climate, and relations were all over the world, and France and Germany had already developed deep contacts with the Jews.

As the possessor of Palestine, Britain had to woo the Jews while squeezing out the camps of other countries.

Therefore, the Balfour Declaration actually worked a little at the beginning, and the British used the Jewish restoration to greatly develop the production, population and tax revenue of the barren land of Palestine. At the same time, they also used Jews as thugs to suppress Arabs.

With the rapid increase in the Arab population of Palestine and the continuous influx of Jews, the contradictions between the two sides intensified, and the Arab uprisings continued, and endless conflicts with Jewish settlements began.

In the face of the increasingly chaotic colonies, Britain began to "exclude Jews and raise Afghanistan", transferring the contradictions between Arabs and colonists to the Jews, pretending to be on the side of the Arabs.

Thus was born the MacDonald White Paper of 1939, an anti-Semitic decision made by the Chamberlain government and an amendment to the Balfour Declaration.

This declaration is generally divided into three parts: "charter, immigration, and land", and the beginning is:

"His Majesty the King has clearly declared that turning Palestine into a Jewish state is not part of his policy."

"The objective of His Majesty's Government's decision-making is to establish, for a period of ten years, an independent Palestinian state in treaty relations with Britain."

"The state of Palestine should be one, with Arabs as the main body, and a state with Jews."

"In the event of economic abundance, the number of Jews allowed to reach 1/3 of the total population is forbidden after 5 years, unless Palestinian Arabs agree."

"The Arabs sold to the Jewish land in a limited area, and the British commissioner had the power to restrict and prohibit the trade."

By banning Jews for a period of five years, the White Paper rejected the previous Declaration in favor of Jewish statehood and instead called for the establishment of an "Arab and Jewish state" while limiting the percentage of Palestinian Jews in the population.

In March 1939, the British army began to drive away the fleeing Jewish immigrants, and many refugee boats were starved and driven by warships, surrounded and bombarded, and more than 700 large ships sank in the sea, which was very miserable. This behavior continued until the eve of the establishment of the State of Israel.

The Jews, of course, opposed the White Paper, staged a massive strike that year, describing the actions of the British mandate as "treachery and submission to Arab terrorism" and "denying the Jewish people the right to rebuild their homeland in their ancestral homeland."

In August of the same year, Jews convened a congress in Geneva and declared: "The Jewish people will unite to defend their rights in the old land of Israel." This right is based on the intrinsic link between the nation and the homeland and on the recognition of international agreements. ”

However, the Jewish agency was also quite intimidating with Britain, saying: "Anti-white paper is not anti-British..."

Not really instigated, the Jewish people are very cunning, they saw World War II and saw the opportunity to take advantage of the opportunity.

While opposing the White Paper, the Jews supported the British government's war, took the opportunity to form an army, and also had a large number of personnel participate in the war in other forms, gaining insight into various items such as command, combat, intelligence, logistics, and military industry. The prototype of the Israel Defense Forces and the Mossad was born.

By the end of World War II, Arab founderism and Zionism were in trouble again, and Britain, whose head was as big as a fight, could no longer sit on the mountains and rivers of Palestine, finally ended the Mandate after several years of poverty. And the United Nations also made a resolution on the establishment of a country on the side of the Palestinian Union.

But Britain's legacy was endless, Arab-Israeli war began at the first time, and the Arab countries, which had long been eyeing the tiger, entered strongly, setting off the fire of the first Middle East war.
